The Commentary sale will still be on then- right?
The Commentary sale ends May 31.

We're working on getting all the promo codes sent out. It could be another week or so.
-
I don't remember this being part of the sales patter (either here on the forum or the FLC page). "One free course a year" is not the same as saying "6 months of free access to a MobEd course once per year".
This language was located where you get the codes for the courses. We'll add this language in more places on the website
The representative informed me that Verbum Now will be transitioned to FLC
Hi Beloved, I'm sorry you were given incorrect information. Verbum Now is not being transitioned into Faithlife Connect, nor do we have any current plans of doing that. I've asked our Customer Service Manager to reach out to you and help you get
Hey Chris, I have to yet to receive any emails regarding Faithlife Connect. Can you look into this for me when you get a moment? Thanks, Cliff
Hi Cliff and others who are wondering about their emails, please see my post here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/160589.aspx

We have been migrating Logos Now customers into Faithlife Connect and emailing information specific to each customer’s situation. While we’ve delivered messages to most Logos Now customers, there are a few segments of customers who may have not received any communication yet, and here’s a few reasons why that might be: Reason #1 :
-
For Logos Now customers being migrated to Faithlife Connect, here are a couple important details to know. 1) You will maintain your Logos Now benefits until your Logos Now renewal date, or 11/12/18, whichever is later. By way of example; - if your Logos Now renewal was up this April, we extended your access at no extra cost to you and you will get all
Thanks followed that. Okay so if i want essentials instead of starter I need to call in to have that change made before the renewal date.
You got it. Y ou can do that by calling Customer Service at (888) 308-7621 or emailing customerservice@faithlife.com .
-
How did you do this? I got my email announcing Faithlife Connect and giving me my voucher for credit, but I can’t see a Mobile Ed code anywhere? They only put me on Starter so I guess I’m stuck till my renewal next year, but I’d have thought codes would be sent out at the same time. Unless we don’t
-
Okay so went to subscriptions and noticed that it says that I have both Connect and Now. Now will expire Nov 2018, Connect will renew at the starter level in June 2018 at 89.99. I am so confused as that seems like double billing to me as there is less than Now in the Connect starter level that billing starts for even as
Do we get a permanent license for the free monthly books (Lexham + classic) or will it disappear once we cancel the subscription?
You will have permanent ownership. We will distribute codes for you to use and choose which books you want to use. Once you "purchase" that book with your code, its yours forever.
-
Just curious but do you plan to add more books overtime to the free classical and free lexham selections in connect?
Faithlife Ebooks Originals (Lexham Press) will turn over every month with ~20 different titles. We may evolve that over time but that's the plan for now. Faithlife Ebooks Classics will largely stay the same
Who should I email to mention I have not seen an email.
I got you Steve and I'll look into it. Some customers have had "undeliverable" emails come back to us (hit spam filters, unsubscribed from emails, etc) and we are working through those manually with Customer Service. There's also a handful of customers that have

I got a 200 voucher
Rob, you are in the best possible situation. If you check your subscriptions , you should see "Faithlife Connect Essentials - Annual," which will not expire until February 22, 2019.
Just to clarify and avoid confusion... Just because Rob got a $200 promo code

Logos Editions of BSM are included as part of Faithlife Connect Starter and Faithlife Connect Essentials and above.
...presumably as a "temporary license?"
Correct.
-
At this point, what do I do now Chris?
For the moment, Customer Service will send you an email "manually" regarding Faithlife Connect. Moving forward, I've created a case to have our Marketing Operations team look into your issue specifically and try to resolve it.
-
So you're saying that they're undeliverable on your side? Because it's all the same email address on my side.
Correct, at some point you may have hit unsubscribe to marketing emails, or it may be some other issue on our end. If you desire, I believe you can manage your email preferences here: https://faithlife.com/account

Logos Editions of BSM are included as part of Faithlife Connect Starter and Faithlife Connect Essentials and above. Faithlife Connect Starter subscribers will get the current volume/year (6 issues of 2018) of Logos Editions of BSM, which means all issues of the current calendar year, as they are released. When the next volume (calendar year 2019) comes

Matthew, thanks for your question. I'm going to try and parse this out and answer specific items you've called out here.
I had a subscription to Logos Now at the time of this change, and that subscription included a free book each month that I got to keep. My email says I have been migrated to Faithlife Connect Starter, which,
Besides the 200+ emails I've gotten from being subscribed to this thread since yesterday, I received two emails yesterday from purchases--one was for the Deuteronomy Mobile Ed that shipped and one was for a monthly free book for Now members I picked up.
Actually, I believe all the emails you describe here DON'T come from
