Good Evening -- I've noticed that new prepubs for Logos resources say to order the CD if we're using L3, and the download if we're using L4. That's fine -- I can make sure that any future orders are all downloads for my L4 system. BUT, what about the existing orders? I don't mind having the CD's (but if the wave of the future is a download only system

I'm building a powerpoint presentation and need to bring a Greek passage into the slide. I can get the text to paste into Word 2007, but the best I can say about Powerpoint is that it looks transliterated, but not even a good job of that. I've pasted and tried to change the font to Gentium, and Arial Unicode with no joy How do I get there from here

Several years ago, I bought the entire Old Testament and New Testament versions of the Interpretation Series (a WJK resource). I also bought a copy of the OT and NT versions of the Daily Study Bible Series (sometimes called "Barclay's Commentary)." Each of the resources were in the Libronix format and have resided on my computer(s) for quite some time

I regularly use the Interpretation Series from WKJ, the Preacher's Commentary (originally from Word Publishing and now Thomas Nelson), for weekly preaching, teaching, and devotional work. If I want to get into some really serious exegesis I'll turn to the Word Biblical Commentary and the Anchor Yale Bible for study across the spectrum; the JPS commentaries

I am reminded of a comment, years ago, by one of your competitors when asked why they didn't program for the Mac. His response was "we'd lose our shirts." When the next person asked why they didn't program for Linus, his response was "see above." I have no desire for you to "lose your shirt" Bob, I'm too heavily invested in the Logos software to ever

Wow, don't I feel silly. Thanks David -- I had it all along and just didn't know it Dale

While I know I can create my own parallel resource within LDLS, it would be an excellent addition to our libraries if we could obtain: Synopsis of the Four Gospels, English Edition, Kurt Aland, Ed. ISBN 9780826705006 This resource sells for $29 + s/h through the American Bible Society's Bible.com website ( http://www.bibles.com/Category/Bibles/ABS_NEW

And yet, as I've had a night to sleep on it == generally I'm quite content in the NG realm, and web based forums (while looking a bit slicker) are rather Shakespearean ("much ado about nothing") -- Yet, I find that I was able to post a response to George (last night) from my laptop, here in a hotel room. This morning, from the same location with the

I've used forums for news with other software companies. I can certainly get used to them with Logos. And, that the login is already set to know me when I got here is a plus. I have enjoyed the threads view in OE, and the ability to view years of messages. I hope we'll be able to retain this archieve feature. I just ignore the spammers -- they're a
