  • Re: Using Greek and Hebrew in Logos

I have not been successful in typing Greek on my computer. I do it easily on my iPad using Keyman software. I would love to be able to do it easily on my computer, too.

  • Using Greek and Hebrew in Logos

This is a great forum. I appreciate every reply I've received. Thanks for going to the trouble. I am used to using BibleWorks for language work, though I'm not the most proficient of users. But I don't know how to do the simplest things in Logos. I can't type Greek or Hebrew using it, and I don't know how to look up things like how many times a Greek

  • Is Logos expensive?

Is Logos Bible Software expensive? I think it is pricey, but you do get some great benefits for what you pay. I am enjoying Logos 8 Silver. The upgrade cost me $360, but in Australian dollars it’s a lot more than that. It’s a shock when you see it in your own money! But yesterday, I discovered I could also select one free Mobile Ed package

  • Logos 8 Theology Guide

I'm trialling Logos 8 using Connect Essentials and my existing Logos 7 Gold library. I'm finding the Theology Guide a bit hit and miss. Have you tried it, yet? For example, some subjects I've looked up do not link to resources I own when I think they should have, while others do. Sometimes it links to relevant bits in Calvin's Institutes, but not other

Thanks Graham. I was wondering how to access Program Settings in the earlier screenshot, which seemed to be on the right of the Settings asterisk, or maybe a submenu of Settings.

  • Re: Words of Christ in red

Thanks Keith, Reuben, Mike and others for the quick replies. I can’t figure out how to get to program options from the Settings asterisk. All I see is Settings for Sidebar and content. Also, at the moment, I’m not playing with a full deck, because my modem got fried on Saturday night in a storm. I am learning things, because I didn’t

  • Words of Christ in red

Like some other Aussies, I don’t like the words of Christ printed in red. Can I disable this in an individual Bible, such as the CSB, which I’m currently reading?

  • Kings of Israel and Judah

G'day I enjoy using Logos 7 Gold, but I feel like I am only just putting my toe in the water. I'm wondering if there is a handy list of Kings of Israel and Judah in Logos 7. Haven't been able to find one. An interactive module would be just the ticket!

  • Re: Cambridge Greek Testament

Thanks Robert. If I sort by series [didn't even know how to do that before] the series comes up and they all seem to be there. So I guess I could simply use that method. But i don't seem to be able to type 'series:"Cambridge Greek" ' and get any hits at all. I've taken Mark's advice and am beginning to view the videos by the Pommie pastor. They are
