• Re: WHY can we not copy a word on the screen?

Denise, I admit that I am somewhat ignorant on the inner workings of Logos and since I have never owned Libronix products I can't address all the issues, but I can match the interlinear quote using my "vending machine". All it required was to adjust the "Display" menu in the pane to show "English literal translation only". The "Copy Selection" preview

This aspect of Logos 4 is one of my favorites (sorry Denise) since I look at it as my personal "vending machine" for copying. I highlight a word, a sentence, paragraph, verse or multiple verses and then RIGHT CLICK on the selection area. I now have my "vending machine" copy selections of SELECTION(just what is highlighted), REFERENCE (whole verse),
I briefly went to a Brethren college and attended the church which met in the auditorium. The practice was to have footwashing with every celebration of the Eucharist. The Episcopal Church and the Roman Catholic church likewise practice footwashing, but there it is once per year on Maundy Thursday so it is not a defining

As I thrill to the discovery of a nuance of the Greek or Hebrew I had not seen before, or marvel at the insight of one of our church fathers on a passage of Scripture, as I pursue the elusive jots and tittles of the Word of God I often wish (and expect) others to want to do the same. At those times my pastor smiles knowingly and gives me a valuable

It's happened to me twice on one of my laptops and just now on my desktop. Here is my crash log. 7532.Logos4Crash.txt EDIT: Brent replied as I was prepping for this post. Thanks also Dave. Didn't see the other posts till now.

Yes, that would be another way to do it. Assure that whatever resource is open in a pane, the tab list would be adjusted to center (or at least show) that tab.

I am struggling to visualise it.
I have the same idea, see my example for reference. If you have too many resources open in a pane

Esther, My church is a non-traditional church and the pastor is encouraging the use of technology for furthering the Gospel, so there is no reticence on my part in using a laptop. I marvel at why they aren't used more considering the wide use of Facebook by churches and by Christians in general. I wonder why it is OK to be on blogs such as this at home

As a teacher and a student I find the L4 tools to be a great benefit in the regular church service as well as bible studies . I have made my laptop my church Bible. At 55 I am kind of the pioneer in our church with a laptop but there are quite a few androids amongst the younger crowd and iPad is starting to make a decent showing thanks to several of

Dan, I guess it would depend on whether you are referring to the "days" (plural) or the event (sigular). Either way, I hope it/they is/are coming

There is a town called "Modein" which was victim to the "modern" typo. I did report that one. It appears the letter "N" is susceptible to the OCR process. So much for the digital age eliminating textual errors I do like the typo report function.

I had the same issue as well and I found a post how to start L4 without any layouts ( http://community.logos.com/forums/p/11097/86837.aspx#86837 ). I restarted while holding down the "CONTROL" key and selected "USE BLANK LAYOUT". L4 started with no resources open. I then went to the layouts and opened one up from a previous day and it worked. It seems

I have suddenly started having these same problems, whenever I open one of the Biblical xxx tools it crashes within a short period of time. I haven't had this problem on this machine at all until tonight. I pursued the adapter drivers issue by going to Dell and downloading/installing the current drivers and found out I had a newer one installed than
