• New Prepub - Simon Kistemaker Works

New today - Selected works of Simon Kistemaker. Let's get this into production ASAP. Some great stuff. I'm especially interested in the Logos version of his study of the Parables. This revised version appears to have been published in 272 - I'm surprised Kistemaker isn't included in some of the major Church Fathers collections. And at 2002 pages it

  • Re: Martyn Lloyd-Jones' "Studies In the Sermon on the Mount"

Requests for DM Lloyd-Jones resources in Logos sems like a broken record. I welcome any of his printed works in Logos. Better yet I'd like to see the entire library of audio recordings incorporated into the library. The printed works don't quite carry the full power and impact of the doctor's sermons.
Please, folks, start bidding this thing at $30...let's not have another "Justinian fiasco".
Are you asking that people lower their bids when they indicate that they are wiiling to pay more than $30? Do you understand that doing so does NOT increase the $30 success threshold at all? My bid of $40 is included in the
I pre-pubed it last January, but did not get an email about volume 2, nor has it populated into my Logos. Am I missing something here? Please let me know, thanks.
You won't get an email. You will simply see it in the list of updated resources on the Logos 4 or Logos 5 home page. BTW - I have yet to see the mobile version

But I did not have it when the Collection was a prepub. Had just two of these three
Is this great preaching collection not in the G. Campbell Morgan Collection? Why in the world not? Some Bible programs have this available for free. Campbell Morgan's preaching was greatly admired by Martin Lloyd-Jones, and he was Lloyd-Jones' mentor. That is as high a recommendation as one can get. I would love to see
Wow Randy, I guess you wanted to really emphasize your point - 4 times that is!
Hmmm! What caused that? Not intended of course. I think I was at a restaurant - bad connection, unresponsiveness?
I saw many of G.K. Beale's works on sale at WTS Books and wondered: How do you prefer to read the majority of your books? What about the more substantial or significant ones? When it comes to G.K. Beale I highly respect his work and find myself wanting the benefits of both worlds: Logos and hardcopy... Portability vs
If you have not checked out Community Pricing recently there have been some interesting developments. Besides more classic commentary upgrades for Matthew and Hebrews there have been additions of more recent classic fiction including works by Jules Verne and Jack London . These fiction authors are not "theological" works
We're seeing several "Round 2" CP posting for NT Classic (public domain) commentaries. Nice addition, but in the case of Hebrews I would far prefer to get what is arguably the very BEST, and at the least one of the very best, commentaries on Hebrews before I get another batch of 100+ year old commentaries. An interesting BI analysis/report/graph would be time from start to success (perhaps in weeks) on one axis and price (perhaps in $20 increments) on another axis.

Best purchase? Certainly G. K. Beale's N. T. Theology comes to mind immediately. But that could be because it sat in the bundle-dungeon for so very very long. N. T. Wright's Paul and the Faithfulness of God gets a nod too. I probably won' t get around to reading it for several months, but I rank it high as a best purchase because the Logos version was
