• Re: "Observer" in groups

Thanks, that makes sense...I don't nearly utilize Faithlife the way I would like to...unfortunately I am not very adept at providing screenshots...I went back in and tried to recreate what I did to see that there were 3 members and 1 observer, and I can't remember...seems like I hovered or clicked on something and it showed just like that..."3 Members

  • "Observer" in groups

In Faithlife, when I click on "members" it shows the members of my group and 1 "observer"...any idea on who this is...not a problem, just curious.

  • Upgrading to Windows 8

You PC wizards would have probably known not to do this, but if anyone out there is moving to Windows 8--do NOT let Microsoft Refresh your PC...they refreshed Logos 5 right out of existence on my computer. Had to re-download, index...you know the drill--if downloading Windows 8 tell it to keep all personal files, apps, and programs during the initial

You can then stay where you are in the timeline...clear the filter, and see all the surrounding historical data located around this event.

Good question...very easy...go to timeline, type in the "filter" command box your term ("Micah")nitshows up as the only entry on the timeline...click that entry and you get this... The prophet Micah was called around 700 BC to proclaim judgment against Jerusalem. Micah’s message centered on the exploitation of the poor, unethical merchants, and corrupt

  • Logos 5 Is Amazing

I have been a loyal Logos customer since Libronix, but really got hooked on Logos 4 in late 2009 during its introduction. I was like others--very skeptical--but went to Youtube and watched the Logos 5 videos on some of the features/benefits. I am a part-time fill-in Sunday School teacher. The Timeline feature and the Sermon start-up Guide would certainly

David & NB-- On the other website that I had the Biblical thinking maps posted to, at one point I was experimenting with a couple of plugins...There was one plug-in file that showed when I searched for "fantapper"--I deleted that and I no longer have the problem...from a "computer dolt" that is trying to learn as I go, I sincerely appreciate the help
I just joined your group to see if I could help with this.
I appreciate the help...yes it is the reference tags above the maps--I just also noticed that as the program is transitioning to Biblia I am getting a "fantapper" error before it opens to Biblia--any idea on what that might be?--thanks again!

  • Possible Bug

OK, Some of the other people posting have been working from Biblia, creating notes and trying from there to see them at Faithlife in their individual groups (or trying not to see them in their individual groups . However, when I try from the opposite direction--having posted a Bible reference in a note from my group (Biblion Study Group) in Faithlife

Room4more--I agree with your post on Biblion Study Group, let's remember we're in the beta phase...my whole point in bringing up "images" is exactly the point you are making here--a way to integrate images should be a part of this process

  • Creating Images in Faithlife

Just want to start off by saying I am so grateful to Logos for the ground they are breaking with Faithlife. It is an incredible advantage to be able to build a website and at the same time get the most out of sharing the information I have invested in with small groups. My question is --will there eventually be a way to place a bitmap image or jpeg
