Hey Matthew! We're terrible sorry for the crash but thanks for bring this to us. Would you be able to send us a set of logs using the Report a Problem function in the app? It'll help us investigate what may be happening with your Android device. Any information you can add as mentioned here would also be a plus.

Hey Into Grace! As alabam24 said, we'd need the books themselves, version of the app, device, etc. to get an idea of the enviorenment we'd need to recreate to see if we can pinpoint this behavior. In your follow up, or in the future, you'll want to see our post on reporting a bug to see exactly what information we're looking for. While the post does
8206.Logos Log Files.zip
Hey Isaac! Taking a look at the logs, it looks like they abruptly end, usually meaning something else may be interacting with the software. You'll want to make sure you allow Logos through any firewalls or antivirus software you may have installed. I also noticed that the logs say you

  • Re: Is there no Text-to-Speech on the moble app?
I have an Amazon Fire tablet and it has pretty good text-to-speech functionality. It reads my Kindle books out loud wonderfully, as well as Washington Post articles. However, I don't see a way to get the Logos app to read books out loud on the tablet. If this function is available on the laptop/desktop Logos app, and if my tablet
I am getting this message when I click on a * or other marking in the NA28. It shows this resource was about 2% read, so the question is should this be in my library? If so, how do I get it back? If it is only part of the NA28 with Critical Apparatus, then why are there markings in the NA28 that came with one of the base packages

Hey Michael! Proclaim can do just that, and we have a handy article explaining how. It can be found here . I'd also like to note that a great way to get answers regarding your questions with Proclaim is our Proclaim Faithlife page ! Feel free to ask any of your questions there as well.

This is usually a sign that the update settings in Logos may be misconfigured. It may be worth checking the Internet section under Tools > Program Settings to make sure
Ironically - once I had posted the logs the indexing started and has now run through to completion. However the behaviour was repeatable and recurred over a couple of days. The reason I put up with it is because I tend to use the Beta Version for most work and only occasionally use the laptop when on the road. The laptop is

  • Re: Bug - Indexing crashing MacBook

Hey Mike! We're sorry to hear about the trouble. A couple of follow-up questions to the logs: - How much space is currently available on the HDD? - If you open the software in a blank layout, or a blank layout in offline mode, does the software crash? If so, please post logs from that as well. - These errors can sometimes be linked to graphical issues

  • Re: Downloading Audio Files for Audiobooks

Hey John! We can definitely take a look into this. The first thing we'll need, to be able to see what's going on in the background are diagnostic logs. You can submit them to us using the Report a Problem function in the app itself. In the email that is sent to us with the logs attached, please include as much of this information that you can.

Hey Myke! We've looked into this and the resource should definitely be displaying just fine. If you have not yet ran the Rebuild Index command, to help us look into this, please send logs via the Report a Problem function in the app and we can take a look at them.

Hey David! You can make this adjustment in the Logos app while you have a resource open. While a book is open, tap in the middle to bring the menu down from the top of the screen. On this menu will be a button whose icon resembles "Aa". Tap on that button, and in the new menu that appears, find the "Scrolling View" option and swipe it to the left to
