Mobile view on app.logos.com currently only supports "Compatibility Mode" which does not include the ability to create or display highlights. We hope to enable our full resource display technology on mobile in the future.
I am on Windows 7. I was able to highlight yesterday, Jan 04. But today, I am unable

I almost always copy the text which resulted in the note into the note. It's really straightforward on my iPad. The added advantage is that the notes file is readable without opening the original resource.

  • Re: Zondervan Counterpoints Series

Zondervan does a good job of organizing their production. Dr. Wayne Grudem explained the process in the forward (or introduction) to the volume he edited. Adherents to the different points of view are enlisted in order to have credible proponents holding up each viewpoint. Then, Zondervan puts them all up in a hotel so that they can caucus. The idea
I am not computer savvy at all, but when I was in the inductive Bible study workflow, I clicked around at bit and after a little while, decided that as an inductive Bible study teacher, I would like my own Inductive workflow to be set up differently. On a concurrent thread, someone had used the title: "John Frame". I immediately was worried that perhaps John Frame had passed away since this is the way obituaries are typically posted. (Not to worry. That thread was about a John Frame resource package.) Just about that time, this thread appeared. My first thought was: "First John Frame and now, Mobile

  • Re: Collection rules for sorting commentaries

It seems odd that the Faithlife Study Bible and the ESV Study Bible don't seem to fit in any of these collections. They both are of Bible Notes type. I certainly employ them like commentaries when I am looking for comments on Biblical text. In fact, in one of my synthetic searches that I employed in order to prioritize commentaries, the Faithlife Study

Phil, The web version, https://app.logos.com/, is hard to find from the www.logos.com page. It should have a link, if even next to the forums link on at the bottom of the page. I found it by coming to this forum an reading your post. Otherwise, it doesn't get much publicity.

  • Re: How can I purchase a book that I already own on Logos for a friend as a gift? Is that possible?

Gifting books is really easy as long as you know the email address used by the recipient before you call Logos support . I would advise against purchasing the book within their account while using your card. I believe that that will leave your card tied to their account. This could cause confusion when they make later purchases.

I think that while tags don't locate text within a resource, such as a journal, there is a way to do this. Favorites links will open a resource to a specific page. The link can be given an arbitrary name which can either be the name of a desired tag or ithe link can be located within a favorites folder whose name is the desired tag. I employ a variant

You could try a general search with the key: <Topic Biblical Apologetics> OR Apologetic OR Apologetics. Check the results for any general apologetics resources which were not found by the library search.

While reading the ESV, go to the line which has the Biblical reference and go over to the icon with three dots. That is for the control of visual filters. Select the visual filters icon and see if "Bible text only" is checked. If you uncheck it, the the pericopes should show up in the text. If you want to leave "Bible text only" checked, then you can
