You can also double-click the title.

Thanks for the report! I actually think we fixed this issue today! Look for an update on Monday. As for this Sunday, restarting proclaim after all edits are done and right before your service should restore the items that got wonky.

Mike, we discovered and fixed a bug on Mac yesterday that caused right-clicking on the title of the service items to not actually select the item. This means deleting the items doesn't work because the item wasn't selected. A workaround is to right click off the title, until we ship on Monday. This is may be this issue you encountered here, and the

Hi Dwayne, If you go to Settings->Audio and try to record a sample, does that speed your audio up? That is using the same recorder that is used during the service, so it should Produce the same bug. Also, just to verify, are you on 10.11? Thanks, Jordan

It's probably the overscan/underScan. Here is the settings on a Mac. If you are on Windows i bet there is something equivalent.

Yup, our Proclaim license is a site license. So that means at your church you can have any number of machines, both Mac and PC. You can also have multiple services presenting at the same time. We also release all our updates for Mac and Windows at the same time so one platform is never left out.

I think upper left is for unread. And the other two are 'popular' posts. Not sure how the posts are counted as popular, but thats what the tooltip said. The one on the bottom right is a pinned popular post.

Hey Joe, does changing the size here still make it too small?
-
Is it lost lost? We wrote some code a while back that will try to find orphaned recordings in this case. If you open the presentation that you were recording and then click the Recordings dropdown it should cause Proclaim to search for orphaned recordings. Do you see yours in there? If not I’ll shoot you an email with some more things we can try. Jordan

Hi CreativeTeam, just to add on to what Chris said, at my church we have a dedicated computer running Proclaim that is hooked into one of our inputs on our ATEM switcher. Then we have another computer for controlling the switcher and finally a third for our live stream. The only difference from what Chris described is that we are still using a capture

The issue has been fixed and an update has been submitted for Apple’s review. Once they are finished, I will update this thread again.

Yes, you can go OnAir on your computer and have the slides on the screens, but on the remote click the offAir one to review.

Hi Paul, sorry for the frustrating morning. If you right-click on Proclaim in the dock, and then click options, does it say that it is assigned to a desktop? You need to make sure it is assigned to none, otherwise OS X will override Proclaim and force all the outputs to show up on the desktop you have selected. Hope that helps. If that is not the issue

The newest update has been approved, however the AppStore is still giving back the old version. Apple says it may take some time to populate out to the store.

My first thought is have you logged into a different account other than normal? also, can you post your logs and we can try to track this down quickly. http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files-

The updated app is now available on the Amazon store for all you Kindle needs!

Hi David, make sure you are adding the video as a Video Item. If you add it as a background to an item such as an Announcement, a Content, or a Bible Passage it will be muted in preview since this is meant to be a motion background. If you add it as a Video Item you will be able to hear the sound. You can either add the Video Item first, and then choose

Thanks for the feedback! Have you tried the local wifi remote? It takes a little setup, but the lag is almost not noticeable. http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/209613913-Proclaim-Local-Wi-Fi-Remote

Hi Jonathan, your edit pane has been completely collapsed. This is a very rare situation that I have seen once before. You can fix it by grabbing the splitter and pulling to the right. I will look into making sure this cannot happen again!
