We didn't include the green/blue fill colors as our NDI does include the alpha channel as you see on Mac. On Windows, we use a native Windows API for the this feature, but sadly they had a bug in Windows 10 preventing the transparency from working. This was fixed in version 2004 of Windows 10. I assume you are not on that version, and that is the source

3.0 also came with a new video input setting in Proclaim. I have encountered some people having video playback issues that were caused by having the video input enabled without realizing. Thus two videos were essentially playing at the same time on top of each other. You could check for this case by going to Proclaim > Settings > Video Input and

We shipped an update today that should provide better compatibility with the current macOS beta. Please give it a try (version 3.0.0.0037) and let us know how it goes!

Sorry for the issues Jeff. Capturing the live video can have performance bottle necks depending on the machine, gpu, resolution of the video etc. OBS is much more suited for this type of capture. Have you tried using NDI from Proclaim and using OBS to bring in you ATEM mini and the NDI feed? I feel this setup plays to the strengths of both software

Sorry we never replied! The system we used to bring this beta feature to windows quickly, unfortunately, had a few show-stopping issues on the Mac side. Since there are many other more powerful solutions to stream, plus free ones like OBS, we have instead been focusing on making Proclaim work with these app. NDI support in Proclaim will let you easily

Faithlife has a new site for receiving feedback, feedback.faithlife.com For sometime now, Proclaim has used UserVoice to receive feedback on features and gauge customer interest. In the interest of keeping things unified, we will be moving over to the new feedback site along with the rest of our Faithlife products. Over the next few weeks, we will be

Happy to announce we just release Proclaim 3.1 which brings with it customization on the alt-screen layout! You can now move and edit textfields, change backgrounds and apply smart media templates just like you would for the regular slide outputs. Plus you can preview all your virtual screens from Preview mode with the new dropdown we added, including

You should be able to use a background for this. Go to your alt-content tab, select duplicate for the content type, then click background and select one from the media browser. Use apply as background to just get the background. use apply as smart media to get the textfield layout and the background. then you should be good to go. if you do still want

Hi, Greg, sorry that the iOS app didn't live up to expectations. I'll make sure to take a look at the marketing material and ensure what we are saying is true. Currently, the iOS app can control, follow, and present your presentations (minus video support), plus, let you view the confidence monitor for your presentations. We don't have any editing capabilities

thanks for the report. Looks like an edge case related to videos on the main output. We will take a look at fixing!

This sounds like a potential graphics driver issue. Video drivers deal with low-level resources on the computer, so when something goes awry it can cause lots of weird issues. (such as the Proclaim process being 'stuck'). I would figure out which brand GPU you have and then go straight to the manufactures site and look for a driver pack. The drivers

This is now available in Proclaim 3.1!

Bummer! I'll take a look at DNxHR and see what it would take to get working for Windows.

I just did a fresh download and it worked and opened for me. Could it be that the worship leader is on an older version of macOS? Proclaim requires 10.14+
