One thing to check for is to make sure 'Auto-advance' is turned off. This will allow you to chose when to advance the slide. In the screenshot below, I have an OSB item with 12 verse and three slides. With auto-advance off, I choose when to transition to the next set of verses using the arrows key or the arrow buttons on screen.

sorry to jump in here, but it sounds like you have a feed coming from the computer, then split to two outputs. One is the projector which is using an Adapter for hdmi to vga and the other is a monitor using an adapter for hdmi to dvi. Is that correct? if you remove the splitter, and do hdmi to vga to the projector is it still cut off? while the splitter

this is a newer feature of the remote app. You can open an Off air presentation and the when Airplaying it will take over the whole screen with the slide. It would be a lot better if it didn’t say title on it. Cause that is confusing. Besides remembering, there is no way for you to know what can be typed in that field. I think it would be less confusing if we split the title and Search fields and made the search field say, ‘Search for song title, lyrics, hymn number, or CCLI number’

You can add a new Song Item, type in your title, ignore the suggestions and click away from the song title box to dismiss the pop up. Then paste your lyrics in the lyrics box. Next time you want it, you should be able to just type the name and hit enter. Hope that helps!

So on 2.7 you didn't seem to experience the hanging? Could you grab me logs again? Also, Proclaim will probably update itself again to the new version after you close it, so you might want to keep that 2.7 dmg handy. Were you using any of the new features such as background shapes of box fill justification?

You bet! However, the fairly long times I saw in the first logs are still present in the new logs too (when you were running 2.7), so I'm not sure that the Proclaim version is actually the issue. Do you know which service item was giving you troubles? I could take a look from our end to see if anything stands out.

Not currently, but that sounds cool! I'll bring this suggestion to the rest of the team. Do you guys currently live stream? My church does our worship lower-thirds plus camera on the screens and the live stream. So that way we use the same slide setup for both. And then for service we use fullscreen slides in the sanctuary plus picture-in-picture online

Could you go to the play store to the page for Proclaim and uninstall it from there? And then reinstall it after it finishes? Sounds like it was not fully removing it from the device.

We do have undo and redo! You can use the normal keyboard shortcuts like CMD+z or control+z on Windows or find it in the right click context menu But the thing that gets you is it matters where the keyboard focus it. The easiest way is to right click and hit undo. So if you have to undo a textual change, right click on the text box and hit undo. If

We have plans to add a foreground only slides option soon. That wpuld let you use one presentation and send have one output with black (or whatever you want) and one with the green.

Ok, could you try going to Settings -> Apps -> Proclaim. Then tap on Storage, and then hit Clear Data? From my testing, this takes me back to the sign in screen. Also, did you say that you transferred your files and apps to this new device? As in you like restored from a backup? Does that mean you didn't originally download Proclaim Mobile onto

The logs indicate that the call to fetch your past presentations is failing due to being unauthorized. Not sure why though. Did your password change recently? are you able to control presentations? when you reinstall, is it prompting for sign in?
