You should be able to use a background for this. Go to your alt-content tab, select duplicate for the content type, then click background and select one from the media browser. Use apply as background to just get the background. use apply as smart media to get the textfield layout and the background. then you should be good to go. if you do still want

Nathan, this fix has shipped. You should no longer get the main output's video overlapping your alt content output. Version 3.1.0.0014

This fix has been shipped! Version 3.1.0.0014. Thank-you so much for the report, and sorry for the inconvenience
-
thanks for the report. Looks like an edge case related to videos on the main output. We will take a look at fixing!

Now about 4 months after the fifth anniversary I am glad to announce that Proclaim now supports 16:10! Go to Settings > Display > Hit the gear on the output you want to change and select 16:10 from the size dropdown. This feature and more are apart of our 3.1 release https://faithlife.com/posts/3083337

Happy to announce we just release Proclaim 3.1 which brings with it customization on the alt-screen layout! You can now move and edit textfields, change backgrounds and apply smart media templates just like you would for the regular slide outputs. Plus you can preview all your virtual screens from Preview mode with the new dropdown we added, including

Hi, Greg, sorry that the iOS app didn't live up to expectations. I'll make sure to take a look at the marketing material and ensure what we are saying is true. Currently, the iOS app can control, follow, and present your presentations (minus video support), plus, let you view the confidence monitor for your presentations. We don't have any editing capabilities

The output size at 16x9 is 1920x1080 and 4x3 is 1024x768

3.0 also came with a new video input setting in Proclaim. I have encountered some people having video playback issues that were caused by having the video input enabled without realizing. Thus two videos were essentially playing at the same time on top of each other. You could check for this case by going to Proclaim > Settings > Video Input and

Hmm, this might be an issue with logos not sending over the title slides with correctly named fields. When you apply a smartMedia in proclaim we match based on the field names. Do you have a presentation I could take a look at that has these slides exported from Logos? That would help me understand where the issue is.
-
Sorry for the issue Colin; I don't think the images came through so I cant fully grasp the issue. Could you reply again with those screenshots?
-
Hi Luis, currently Proclaim does not recognize the SDI outputs for decklink or ultrastudio devices. However, its on our radar as something to support. Proclaim would need custom code to recognize and send data to these devices, similar to the feature we added for NDI support.
-
Thanks for the report. We hadn't heard of this one yet. We will take a look
-
It could be a little much for the computer. If the foyer feed is a duplicate, you could get an hdmi splitter for that. That way the computer is not having to produce two identical outputs. Im wondering if you get the lag without the confidence monitor?
-
Sorry about that, yes that sounds like a good idea. I will make a note for future development
-
Thanks for the request! This is something we have heard before. If you have time, feel free to leave this feedback at our new feedback site here:https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/faithlife-proclaim that way others can vote on it too. Currently, you can do it like you did, or you can accomplish this with MIDI and a DAW like Ableton. Here is a help

My knowledge of ASIO is very slim, but from what I know its only available on Windows? Does this work via USB or something?
To get the ASIO, I am currently recording a screen grab from OBS.
Does this mean OBS does support ASIO, so you then record OBS just to get a recording of the sound from the board? plus the slides

Hi, Nathan, sorry for the disappointment. What you describe has been on our radar since the beginning, however it takes longer to implement than what we have released thus far. I already added a entry for this here: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/faithlife-proclaim/posts/512 Feel free to leave additional feedback there if you have some more specific

We didn't include the green/blue fill colors as our NDI does include the alpha channel as you see on Mac. On Windows, we use a native Windows API for the this feature, but sadly they had a bug in Windows 10 preventing the transparency from working. This was fixed in version 2004 of Windows 10. I assume you are not on that version, and that is the source

Faithlife has a new site for receiving feedback, feedback.faithlife.com For sometime now, Proclaim has used UserVoice to receive feedback on features and gauge customer interest. In the interest of keeping things unified, we will be moving over to the new feedback site along with the rest of our Faithlife products. Over the next few weeks, we will be
