    About the internet it seems fine, yes I use antivirus and firewall I test it by disabling the firewall, but had same results I hope this file will help to identified the issue here is the other log 1121.Logos Log Files (2).zip

  • Sync error on highlights and notes

    I'm having this issue for quite a while The sync works, it is connected correctly. I'm sign in in my account (I have only one account on Logos). The application is updated and I receive the updates for the books, everything works fine. The only problem is the highlights/ notes that when I create them on the tablet, they don't synchronize in the PC,

    First I thought that the problem was in the tablet, but it's not I can see all the highlights and notes fine on tablet and on browser on faithlife. The only problem is on PC which for some reason is not synchronizing the highlights

    Yes I double check that I thought it was it, but no it all active The funny thing is that everything else seems to sync correctly, like it opens the books in the exact page I was reading in the tablet the only issue is the highlights

    I have had reinstalled couple of months ago, but since then I added all my personal books and I'm afraid to uninstall and install and have to re-add all my personal books

    1- I have only one account on Logos and I'm logged on that one in the tablet in the PC and when I check my account in the web browser 2- No in the application there is no sign of issue in the sync 3- the version I have installed is Logos Bible Software 6.0b SR-2 6.0.2.0075

    Hi on my PC on Logos the highlights and notes are not updated they show as August 7th and I don't see any of my notes and highlights that I have on Logos which show on Logos Faithlife documents

    Hi Graham Thanks yes I'm aware and I can see and open them in my computer going to Faithlife under documents and they are all there without issues, I'll check again to see if it is some setting in my views on Logos in my PC, but so far I don't know what may cause that

    I am having this issue for quite a long time. When I add highlights in the Bible or other books on Logos in my tablet it works fine and it shows in the webpage in my documents. However, when I open the Logos on my PC it doesn't show or open the highlights that I created, checked already and the settings are correct, set to show highlights Any ideas

    Hi Kevin I'm facing the same problem, I follow all the instructions present in this post. But my issue remains, I do my highlights, notes and Bible reading plan with wifi on, not airplane mode, sync active. But still when I open my Logos 5 on PC it doesn't show anything I have done in my Android. If you have any idea what can I do to make it sync I
