Until this is fixed in the stable release you could try using the beta version of the web app with this resource, https://beta.app.logos.com/books/LLS%3ATHGNTCROSSWAY .

Navigating the CSB is now fixed.
Please give fixing ... the notes not being accessible from the Bible screen priority.
Could you describe this more, or link to where the problem was reported?

This should be working again. Thanks for reporting the problem, and sorry for the inconvenience.

This is fixed now. Thanks for the detailed report, and sorry for the inconvenience.

The problem should be fixed now. If it doesn't resolve itself you may need to clear your browser cache. Let me know if that's the case. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks again for reporting this.

Have you seen this behavior again? We have not been able to come up with an explanation for why there would be a delay. If it does happen again and you can make it happen reproducibly then we will need you to open the developer tools in Firefox to record the network request/responses (

Bradley's suggestion should work to avoid loading the home page. Once the app is open if you open Factbook to a new entry that is not a cultural concept then you should be able to use the home page again. The crash was specific to the Temple Tax cultural concept, but it could happen with other cultural concepts as well. We will have a fix for this soon

I don't recall if that was an intentional distinction. I will find out.

Thanks for the report. This should be fixed in Beta 3.

The error log show a few problems with the courses tool. One of them appears to be when you were starting a plan, and the problem may be with that plan's data. Could you post here what plan that was?
-
I found the cause and we are working on a fix. In the meantime LimJK's suggestion to use quotation marks will avoid the problem.

I didn't understand at first but PL is talking about the Library panel, not a library search. I can reproduce the problem there.
-
I'm sorry it's not working for you. The search worked as expected on my computer, so I'm going to ask someone else on the team to try it out to see if we can find out why it isn't working. If you get a chance could you upload your log file?

It seems to be crashing while trying to use the BiblicalReferents.lbsbrd resource. I wonder if the file is somehow corrupted—perhaps it didn't fully download after it was updated a few weeks ago? Could you check the file size of BiblicalReferents.lbsbrd, it should be 25525606 bytes. The file should be located in a path like this, Users/ user specific

The workaround is to use a more reliable internet connection, and if it fails, try again until it succeeds. Sorry for the inconvenience
Really, you suggest that the problem is with the internet connection? You purport that the issue is with the internet connection? So those of us

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. 7.4 (which is currently in Beta and will release to Stable in a few weeks) has some improvements for this issue. The improvements were already underway when I looked into this issue, so I passed on my findings and the feedback from this thread to make sure it was being addressed. In the code you're running,

Thanks for reporting these. If you find any more feel free to continue to add them to this thread.

Thanks for letting us know. I can reproduce the issue and will look into it.

Thanks for your logs. There are lots of error messages about failing to download the media items, which are likely relevant to the problem. I'm looking into it now.

I am not able to reproduce the problem on my machine either (that is, any and all slides are sent or saved as expected). Could those of you who are experiencing the problem upload your log files? (See https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging .) There are certain points of failure that would be logged, and it would be helpful to know if any of those
