[quote user="fgh"] I'm afraid my interest disappeared when 'Basil to Spurgeon' turned out to mean five pre-Reformation sermons -- one of them extremely atypical -- and 9.5 volumes of post-Reformation ones... • Re: Why New Interpreters Bible

I own the entire hardbound NIB set, find it very useful, and would love to have it in Logos format. The current pre-pub price is a good value, but perhaps not one I will pay for no other reason than personal finances. Resource preferences are incredibly personal matters. No one can decide for another what will work best for him or her. For that reason

[quote user="Mark Smith"] Of course. We all know we are out the entire $2,211, but we then get $663 of free resources. So another way to state it is that you get to buy $2,874 worth of resources for only $2,211. The real point was that by adding just $289 to your purchase you get to the next level of cash back which more than pays for itself in extra

[quote user="Mark Smith"] Purchase the Master Collection for $2211 and get $663 in Logos credit (like paying $1548 for the Master Collection). Add $289 of other material (total of $2,500 to get to the next credit level) and get $1,000 Logos credit (like paying $1,500 for the Master collection and getting another $289 worth of resources on top of it

  • Re: New lower pricing for New Interpreter's Dictionary and Nwe Interpreter's Bible

I just did an online price check on the hardback version of the NIDB. Most sites are in the mid-$200s, though interestingly, Cokesbury, the resource's publisher, has cut its online price to $139. My point is that Logos' new pre-pub price is quite good. Bill

I spent nearly $700 on hardbound copies of the NIB. This price begins to make the Logos version within reach. Thanks, Logos. Bill

[quote user="Michael Childs"] I am reminded of the old story about the Hindu convert to Catholicism in the days when Catholics did not eat meat, except for fish, on Friday. One of my Logos 4 installations, the sync icon is missing (missing as in not there - not as in greyed out; it is present in the other two installations).
