I don't mean to take this discussion down a different path, but would this also explain why my Visual Filters are not working?

I tried the reindex for all Bibles (since this seemed to be affecting multiple versions), but I am still getting 0 results in the same versions mentioned earlier. After the reindexing, I quit Logos and restarted it. When that didn't seem to work, I completely shut down my laptop and restarted. Still no results for the inline search.

  • [unresolved] Inline Search: No Results in NKJV

Hello, gang! New issue this morning. I conducted an inline search of the word "righteousness" (no quotes) from Rom 1:17, using the NKJV. The search came back with 0 results, even though the same word is repeated again in Rom 1:18 (and upon checking, there are no results with YLY, NRSV, CJB, or NIV -- the other Bibles I happen to have open at this time

  • Re: Notes: Text Formatting

Tech Support called and let me know they found the bug in the system and it isn't just my computer. They are working on it, but no estimate for a fix date. When all is fixed, I'll report back. Thanks, Graham for helping! Blessings & Shalom!

Graham, Actually, Tech Support thought that as well, and I was able to show them the difference between the "selection" and "reference" options. I have definitely been selecting the "selection" option when adding my note.

  • Re: Notes: Text Formatting

On the advice of Graham, I contacted Tech Support. They are not able to replicate my problem. I have upgraded from Maverick to Yosemite -- still no palette within Notes. I have created a log; however, I don't know what this will do since one day the palette was there, and the next day it wasn't. Can't really replicate the error. It is just there. But

  • Re: Notes: Text Formatting

I also checked existing Notes attached to various words, and when I go to edit the highlights, again, there are no options past the "no highlights" option.

  • Re: Notes: Text Formatting

Graham, That is correct...no options after "no highlight." I do have my Highlight template, and all looks normal there.

  • [resolved] Notes: Text Formatting

With the latest update installed for L6 (today, 04/07/2015), when I now go to add a note to a word, I no longer have the option of formatting the text. The only options I now have are Highlight with Note color, or No Highlight. The options were there yesterday. Why did all the other options get removed? Can you please bring them back?

Well, bummer for me! 8-) Thanks for letting me know. That's unfortunate. I will have to re-think my plans. Is that a suggestion I can submit for consideration?

Graham, Thank you SO much for always bailing me out with my Logos issues! Re: How are you doing the formatting? Is this using highlighting (in which case highlights should transfer) or something else (such as visual filters)? Answer: When I add a note, I highlight the word within the NKJV I am adding the note to by right-cliking the word and adding

  • Sharing Documents (Notes)

I am attempting to share my Notes with another Logos user. It turns out he is using Logos 4 (L4); whereas, I have Logos 6 (L6). We have gotten through the process of sharing the documents through Faithlife (I invited him to be a member of my group; he has accepted; and he has made a copy of the document). However, he can't find the Documents link within

Steve, I did use the BWS; however, I do not have the Septuagint option. Would this mean for this particular word there is not a LXX equivalent?
