Calvin, You said you're a Stone-Campbell guy like me. How is the best way to locate the resources you have put on here over the years? Also, I have all of the Gospel Advocate NT Commentaries. They are available online at http://restorationslibrary.org You will also find that all of these commentaries are available online in the Bible Module for the

Here is an update to the Outlines for Acts. Sorry, would have added more, but since most of my books from WordSearch have successfully migrated to Logos I have been spending too much time enjoying and learning more about Logos. Miss my WordSearch, but love my Logos more and more each day! 2260.ACTS OF THE APOSTLES-Introduction.docx 7217.ACTS OF THE

Bradley, Praise the Lord and pass the Ammunition! Good things do come to those who wait. Afraid I was too impatient. Seemed like my Logos Commentary count was stuck at 194 volumes. Blinked my eyes and Low and Behold! The migration kicked in big time! Over 40 volumes of the New American Commentary popped up in my Logos. So glad that I don't have to go

Unfortunately, all those commentaries in question are via Digital (Internet) downloads and I don't have any CDs or discs of those volumes. Just my unlock/update codes for WordSearch. Guess I will have to wait and see if they process the licenses soon and migrate the volumes over to my Logos 8. I have to preach Sunday and could use some of those volumes

Bradley, You recently posted the following: If they show up in the Library in Logos 8 (desktop) then you do have a license for them. Perhaps they've been configured as "Cloud Resources" and not downloaded to your computer? You can filter the Library to resources not on this computer, Select All, then download them (from the Info Panel in the Library

Thanks for that suggestion. Will check it out. BTW, I am working on an outline archive for the Book of Acts. Eventually it will have 60 outlines or more. The following iis what I have done so far, if you want to Compile it into a Personal Book. So far it compiles without any errors. As I add chapter(s), I will upload updates to this area of the Forums

Think I may do just that. Got several that I need to backup anyway. What better way than to do that by creating a Personal Book of sermons. Will do that in the next few days.

Great. Anytime you need a sermon on a timely and pertinent subject, let me know. Give me the scripture and I can provide a short sermon or outline. Since I still preach 3 time a month, alllow me some time. if it's not in my files I'll see what I can do. My specialty is coming up with a sermon or devotional talk at the last moment......

Tried typing a reply to you via my cell phone and it was doing so good. Was in the doctor's office and the doctor came in the exam room and I sent the message before I could finish it. So, I am re-sending it as follows: Calvin, thanks for the message and post. Have been preaching in the church of Christ for 40 yrs. My uncle, Ralph Starling was a fairliy

Thanks Lynden, I will check it out. I have already created a Commentary that currently covers 2nd Kings thru Revelation. It is a very Extensive Commentary, but is in the format for e-Sword. Already over 10,200 users have downloaded it in the past year. Would love to convert it to the Logos Format. The bad thing is that it has taken me since Sept 11th

When in the Personal Book Editor, just add each file in order as I've listed them. You can name it "Outlines on Ruth" or whatever you want to name it. These outlines are by Mark Copeland at executableoutlines.com I formatted each file with about 4 levels of headings in Micorsoft Word. Saved each chapter as a separate .docx file. Question: I'm just a

OK. My book is just the beginning. It is only four(4) chapters. Each chapter is an outline of each chapter of Ruth, with files being named as follows: Ruth Chapter One.docx Ruth Chapter Two.docx Ruth Chapter Three.docx Ruth Chapter Four.docx How do you attach all four files to a message or post so users can download?L djmarko53

Finally getting the hang to some of Logos 8. After nearly 15 years using Quickverse, then Word Search. Question: Have learned how to format and create a Personal Book, but how to I make sure it can be used and accessed by others? When I built a small book just now on Ruth, it compiled with no errors. I clicked on "UPLOAD:" but where does it go? How
