  • Re: What would you like to see in March Madness 2020?

I think we need to go back to the authors every few years or so. It is good to have some variety, but something new and different every year, in my mind, is not good for Logos business. Two years of different. Time to go back to the standard. You have to remember that the vast majority of Logos users are not on the forums and many new users come all

  • Re: Any hot rumors on MM?

I agree. Good thing I don't have any money to spend anyway. I can't afford any of it. I have a pretty good size library, but the cheapest before discount price of the bundles I clicked on was $500. Already have most of the commentaries I want so I am sure this MM will be a hard pass for me.

But if I buy Reformed Diamond at 2,015.39, the 189.99 collection is included. What a bargain!

  • Re: Black Friday 2018 - Christmas Sale

They are still in bed and will be for some time so I wouldn't expect an official response for a while. Nothing will sell out so at least there is no fear of missing out. I expect it will go live when they want it to. I wouldn't set my day around it. It should at least be live by tomorrow if it isn't by the time I go to bed..

  • Re: How long on discount?

Depending on when the discount ends will determine whether I have the money to buy or not. If the sale does go away with no warning then I guess I have money for something else. I follow online sales on many different websites and there is always an end date even with a timer. This helps me to budget and determine if I have the funds in the prescribed

  • Re: Need advice: 30% off BECNT, good buy?

I made a document about two years ago showing the prices and discount of certain books, set, etc. I have a note that the BECNT goes on sale for 35% off which puts it about as good a deal as has been offered since I got Logos 4 years ago. In the last two plus years, Baker stopped giving discounts on any of their books. A little pricey for me right now

  • Re: So, the NICOT/NT Series Might Be On Sale for $750?

I don't know what the cheapest is, but I bought a number of volumes at $20 per each in 2016. That would work out to $960 for the whole set, but I think we were limited to 20 volumes. Don't remember exactly. Haven't seen another sale with a lower price since then unless I missed it.

  • Re: 2018 March Madness - Individual Commentaries

I know that everyone wanted a change from the authors March Madness, but this chance is not interesting at all. I get to buy a whole set of commentaries which is beyond my budget and even at a maximum discount of 60%, I am still paying more per volume than previous sales that I got on the other volumes I have in the set. I know what you are saying about

  • Re: March Madness

I agree that 60% isn't as appealing as 75%, but mobile ed courses don't go on sale for more than 40% very often. Depending on which ones get to the higher amount, I would be inclined to get a rare deal. Most of the mobile ed I have I got at a higher discount than 40%.

That was quick. A Logos edition of this book just downloaded. Makes me wonder why it has taken almost a year for this collection to be dealt with and we are still waiting.

  • Re: Majority World Christians

Would love to have a Kinyarwanda bible in Logos since I have been doing much work there, and I plan to learn the language soon, but the Bible would be the only biblical resource in that language. My experience has shown that the market for a product like Logos in Rwanda or most African countries is nonexistent. Not sure how feasible it would be to make

It looks like this situation has been worked on, but now I have two copies of Four Views on Christianity and Philosophy. One is a Logos version and one is a ebook version. I would prefer to just have the Logos version since I will not need the ebook version anymore. I also would like another Zondervan issue addressed. The first edition of Four Views

It think it has been at least two years since the set went on sale. I bought 2 Corinthians in Pre-pub in September 2015 and thought I would pick up the rest of the set when they went on sale again. Unless I missed it, I am still waiting. The price when the sale went on set was 35% off.

  • Re: Four Views Christianity & Philosophy (Zondervan) Discounted

[quote user="PetahChristian"] Things slipping through the cracks can be a bad thing . You can end up with duplicate resources with different LLS filenames, and not get the free Logos update, or dynamic pricing for what you owned in Vyrso. Apparently it's difficult to fix after the Logos edition is published, so it's better for FL to find out about it

  • Re: Word Biblical Commentary on sale

Great price! But no dynamic pricing. My price per volume is still only $14 per each. I got about half the set at $10 so not too bad. The price per volume for those who have none is $6.56 which is great if you can come up with that cash. I think a lot of people would be in if dynamic pricing was enabled.

I also own 1,2,3 John and Esther, but I am showing dynamic pricing. Not sure what is happening on your end, but it isn't something I can duplicate.
