[quote user="Kiyah"]Knowing something is liberal/conservative may help you be more efficient in how you read and use a resource (e.g. if you're conservative you may use AYB for the background/context/textual insights but may not be drawing as much from the author's exegetical conclusions if they don't fit your theology). However, I don't think it's

I cant speak for everyone else, but for me the label "liberal" means the author does not believe in the supernatural, and/or the divine inspiration of the Scriptures and/or that the Scriptures are infallible, inerrant and divinely preserved. So if a scholar is in that camp, then I define them as liberal. This does not mean their work is compromised

How can we message people on FL? I go to the Faith Life page, on the left side bar, I click Messages, and then it populates a messenger type box. How can I message another FL user? I would like to message Ben here.

Ok, Im confused now. I have my old discs from 2.1, and based on what was said, I found disc E and put it in the computer. The names are kinda cryptic, so I am not sure what the name for Packer's work would be. Also, I did notice it has one named "Vines". I currently in my v7 library do not have Vines as a resource. So that makes me wonder, how many
