This may be useful:
Not sure I agree with putting the ESV as more Formal than the NASB... ever read the two in parallel?
-
Hi Kiyah, the CSB is my preferred Bible. It was the ESV before. The reason I switched is I found the language flowed more smoothly and naturally in the CSB over the ESV. But I will say that I ALWAYS compare verses between versions- my top 5 are CSB, ESV, NASB 95, NKJV, and NLT. I feel this group gives me the best all around look at the various translation

Is this sale over in February?
Knowing something is liberal/conservative may help you be more efficient in how you read and use a resource (e.g. if you're conservative you may use AYB for the background/context/textual insights but may not be drawing as much from the author's exegetical conclusions if they don't fit your theology). However, I don't think it's

I cant speak for everyone else, but for me the label "liberal" means the author does not believe in the supernatural, and/or the divine inspiration of the Scriptures and/or that the Scriptures are infallible, inerrant and divinely preserved. So if a scholar is in that camp, then I define them as liberal. This does not mean their work is compromised
If you click on Ben's name it should take you to Faithlife. On the right, you'll see "Send a Message"
Nope. No "Send a Message" option
They need to figure out how to resolve it. These are essential resources that need be produced and sold.
They need to figure a way to get them in the bundles. Platinum and up maybe...

This is a great idea for Logos to pursue. Hopefully at a fair price.

Nice! I cant, but still nice!

How can we message people on FL? I go to the Faith Life page, on the left side bar, I click Messages, and then it populates a messenger type box. How can I message another FL user? I would like to message Ben here.
Call customer service and have the discs in hand and they will unlock whatever resources are available in them for you
So I chatted with Customer Service, and they explained that my discs (the Series X discs for 2.1) had resources on them that may not have been unlocked for me, as these predated the internet download function

Ok, Im confused now. I have my old discs from 2.1, and based on what was said, I found disc E and put it in the computer. The names are kinda cryptic, so I am not sure what the name for Packer's work would be. Also, I did notice it has one named "Vines". I currently in my v7 library do not have Vines as a resource. So that makes me wonder, how many

Sadly, I had to cancel my order last minute... Financial reasons only... Glad many got it though at a good price.
A good word of advice, Michael S., and I’m sure others can attest to this —-> Logos can be highly addictive! So it’s good that you’re forcing yourself to exercise
