• Re: Journeys of the Apostle Paul

I was partially correct. See the below link but you can find most of the book in volume 10. Unfortunately the first section would be found in volume 9 which has been sitting in prepub limbo forever. http://www.biblestudymagazine.com/paul Get all four installments of the On the Road with Paul series when you purchase the July/August 2017, November/December

  • Re: Expanded Bible? Thoughts?

Thank you MJ. What’s it like reading in logos? The preview has astericks everywhere which seems like it would be annoying. Power lookup would help I guess

  • Expanded Bible? Thoughts?

I’m just curious if anyone has this resource and their thoughts. I have the AMP and like it. Is this worth it? https://www.logos.com/product/8805/the-expanded-bible-new-testament Seen any good/bad reviews? Thx in advance

If I remember correctly, this book is a compilation of 4 BSM magazines. You could find all of these there though not in one resource. I feel like I did see a digital one at some point but maybe I’m hallucinating. If I had to guess it would be last years collection. I will try to look later for you

  • Re: Which NIC commentary if you can only grab one?

There is this review that mentions a few extra excurses! https://readingacts.com/2019/03/06/book-review-douglas-j-moo-romans-second-edition-nicnt/ If you need the latest/greatest or want to reduce future package prices then I'd say yes but not necessary unless you are doing a paper I'd think. --- Book Review: Douglas J. Moo, Romans. Second Edition

  • Re: In defense of Lexham Context Commentary - a rant and a reason to buy it

The oddest thing about this commentary set to me is the complete lack of promotion prior to release. It just appeared one day... why not drum up interest for it and get pre-orders going? If I see it on sale in the future though I'll probably grab it... OR wait for L9

  • Re: Lexham Context Commentary?

It can now be found in a bundle for those interested. If this bundle were on the Lexham site I'd probably grab it but I didn't see it earlier. https://www.logos.com/product/189366/lexham-press-new-testament-commentaries-bundle

I’ll wait for a sale or hope for L9 inclusion. What perplexes me is the lack of advertisement.

  • Lexham Context Commentary?

Did I somehow miss this on PrePub? I just saw this today... looks interesting. https://www.logos.com/context-commentary It'd be a shame if they didn't have it on PrePub first for a few to get it at a discount first but oh well... maybe I missed it somewhere

  • Re: Bible Study Magazine, Volume 12?
Yes! Production is running behind for the digital edition of the Nov/Dec 2019 issue, but it's happening. We haven't given up on it!
David Just a heads up that the product currently in Logos only has Nov/Dec. It is missing Jan/Feb. Thx

  • Re: Tripartite ontology of man? Bizarre Idea?
Chrisser, you're supposed to ask for any resources that support this idea .... forum guidance prohibits theology-fun. The key is to make the request as controversial as possible, while assuring readers 'just resources, no arguing'. Then, usually an FL guy will appear after 3 pages of excitement.
