My touchpad drivers are updated. I still cannot scroll with it.

Let me try this again. In L3s Exegetical Guide, if I wanted to look up Jn. 3:16, theverse showed up in my preferred Bible, the KJV. The EG allowed me to click words, "love" "gave" "begotten" in the KJV and then it brought them up in the Greek below. In L4, it does not allow you to see your preferred bible.

Bob, Using this feature for every sermon, I would like to see it as a separate option in the Search tab. Maybe "Basic, Bible, Speed, Morph" For example,in L3 if I am looking for "exceeding abundantly above all that I can ask or think." I would use Simple Search to type in "exceeding" giving me 62 hits. Then, when I type in "abundantly" I get 3 hits

Thank you for you help. I do not know why my fonts are small though.

In L3, it the Exegetical Guide had the verse in English listed at the top so you could select which words you wanted searched. This is handy if you do not know greek that well. Is this option possible in L4? It does not list the English words that you can select but gives every word, even the ones you do not care to study.

Thank you for the help. One more thing to scratch from my list of "What I am missing from L3."

No Reference Browser in L4 – I found this handy in searching for references in books like BAGD. It made finding the right verse in the exact Greek reference easy.
-
I, too, miss the topical browser. L3 provides you with more possibilities.

How do you name your layouts? I see the Named Layouts, but cannot figure out how to name my layouts.

I appreciate your tip on the shortcut menu. This is nice but still requires you leaving Word. Surely, with a bunch of experts who work for Logos, this would not be such a hard problem. :)
-
Is there a Bible Speed Search function like there was in L3? I used it a lot when trying to find certain verses.
-
My touchpad scrolling does not work either. It makes navigation on my laptop cumbersome.
-
I am also looking for some shortcut to paste my bible verses directly into my sermon. If i have to open L4, click Tools, click Copy Bible Verses, then go back into Word takes much more time than in L3. Is there some way to have this option added? Perhaps as a shortcut in Word?

I could not find one. I prioritized my commentaries, leaving out the ones I do not use that often, and it still cycles them through. Also, in L3 you could go from your last commentary back to your first commentary when you got to the end of your list. Not in L4, you have to backtrack to get back to your first prioritized commentary.

Does the "import sermons" work in Logos 4? Can I read the sermons I have already imported? Thanks.

I, too, have asked for The New Defender's Study Bible notes as well as anything from Henry Morris or Ken Ham. Quickverse used to have a Defenders Collection with a majority of Morris' books. Online Study Bible has many of Ken Ham's books.

I appreciate this offer and hope Libronix takes you up on it. I have been a loyal Logos customer since 1.6 days, attended the first Camp Logos in Oak Harbor (remember the cruise-it was COLD), and have used the newsgroups since day one. I read them daily and have really tried to use the forum, but it is just not the same. I like how the newsgroups messages
