I would suspect that it is long priority in the update queue
Your subscription to "Logos Now" STILL does not provide you with those features... Although it may in the future. What you are getting now is essentially L7 features.
This is a little confusing, so the advantage to Logos Now subscription is I get features like Factbook and the Bible Sense Lexicon for the subscription

  • 30 Day Training 8-11

I signed up for the "30 Day Training" email course on Logos but for some reason I didn't get videos 8-11. Checked the spam folder, not there. Anyone have a link to the the vids? Thx, Nathan

  • Missing Links Talmud/Mishnah

I have been away from logos for quite some time. (Too slow on my old MacBook pro, drove my absolutely nuts every time I tried to use it!) I purchased a new computer finally, and installed L6 by using the Logos Now free month offer. I am only licensed for L5 so not sure what I am missing but wanted to see how it would run. (Amazing! Installed/indexed
When you start actually paying for the network, you'll quickly realize this isn't as cheap as it seems. Right now providers subsidize their networks off content and services -- the entire net neutrality debate comes down this single point. Services carry the cost of the network. When you put all the services thousands of miles

I would be interested in a cloud based desktop subscription. The whole indexing issue just really really REALLY irritates me, very inefficient. Different base packages could be available. No more indexing, no more fancy hardware requirements, no more huge downloads. Available with the click of a tiny executable. Massive access to resources, at a good

  • L6 & Amazon EC2 Cloud Services

Anyone running Logos in a cloud machine? I did this a couple of years back on an Amazon VM and was amazed at the speed. I don't remember why I stopped. Depending on how much you use it, could be viable. What about other cloud services/suggestions? Just thinking of ways to run L6 inexpensively on my older 2007 MB Pro

  • Re: L6 vs L5 Speed

Thanks John good info. It dawned on me last night after I posted the question that my hd is still using legacy encryption. I tried decrypting the hd to see if there are any speed improvements, but after hours the process failed. Maybe I'll pickup an SSD and do a clean install. I'm sure there will be some improvements and I can always use it in a new

  • L6 vs L5 Speed

I'm running an older Dual Core Macbook Pro maxed out at 4GB Ram (Osx 10.7.5). L5 is what I would consider barley usable on it. It takes about 8 sec. just to load the ESV and then pretty laggy when scrolling. I have pretty much decided that there will be no more Logos purchases until I get a new machine. Its amazing to me that I can run just about any

  • Searching Frustration

Hello All, I haven't really used logos in a long long time and today I finally sat down and started to use it. I came across the following in TWOT. 910d תּוֹרָה ( tôrâ ) law . The basic idea of the root yārâ is “to throw” or “to cast” with the strong sense of control by the subject. Lots were cast in regards to dividing the land among the various tribes

It would be interesting to see an update as to the whole mac parity issue with L5. How about auto hyperlinks of bible refs in notes...is that working in L5?

  • Bug: 4.6a Beta 2 (4.61.0.3185) -Crash When Clicking Resource Name

Can anyone else reproduce this? Do a basic search for something. In the search results (ranked) clicking the grayed out resource name (title) causes L4 Mac to crash. L4 Win behaves differently, the resource name is not clickable. Oops just noticed this report also: 4.6a B2 Crash . Think this is same thing.

  • Commentary on the New Testament Use of the Old Testament

I have been thinking about purchasing this resource. Commentary on the New Testament Use of the Old Testament I've read some good reviews, but not sure its worth the $60 to me. Since there are no previews for it (not that I could find) I wonder what it might have about Romans 11:25? (A verse I have been looking at today.) Please feel free to share any

  • FileVault 2

I recently upgraded my older (Core Duo) Macbook Pro to Lion. I have legacy FileVault enabled and have been considering upgrading to FileVault 2. But, I have read a few articles about performance hits on older MacBooks. Which leads me to the question: Has anyone done any L4 performance tests with FileVault enabled/disabled? Thx Nathan
