• Bug in the passage selection option on bible search

A while also a bug was introduced in the search dropdown to choose a scope for a Bible search. The list of ranges only partially fills the panel in a smaller than normal font. I figured this bug would be fixed, but it has persisted for a while. Wondering if it's possible to fix this in a future release?
Maybe I am misunderstanding you, but the only way in the Desktop app to have that sort of precision is to make sure that the
You understood correctly. I don't use column mode because I read full screen and the width would be unreadable. I was hoping there was a way to emulate what you can do on iOS and I had simply

  • Is there any way to scroll an open book to set the view to a specific section of content?

For example, on the iOS app you can use two fingers with anything you are reading and drag the text so you can see exactly the section you want on the screen. On the desktop app the only thing I've ever been able to do is scroll by page number. Is there any way to do something like you can do on iOS to adjust what section of text you view in the app
FWIW, it's a brand tie-in with all the Faithlife products that have (green) tricolor bands. I'll pass this feedback along.
Thank you! No need to redo it--just having the old one back would be great :)
I almost thought someone one was trolling, but then I thought people just complain to hear themselves complain. It could have been way worse this time around, for Logos 9, but it's been pretty quite. So for that I'm thankful.
I can understand that, but in this case I only had two objectives: 1) make a suggestion and
To be fair although I think this wouldn't bother me to the point of writing a post complaining about it. But it does at first glance gimme the impression fo being pixelated and low res because of the sharp flag like horizontal bars, I guess what I'm saying is that the background of the logo seems to be tacked on as

  • Suggestions: Please, Please Change the new Logos Icon

Just saying the new three color icon is really distracting. It feels cluttered and busy. It would be great to have something more elegant again. It also reminds me of the early days of computers when gradients were such low resolution you could see the colors progressing. Yes it looks like the Word icon (which also isn't great) but even that icon is

  • Re: Any chance of Logos providing x-callback-url functionality on the Mac?
I agree strongly. Having x-callback-url support and/or Shortcuts support would be wonderful. Even the basic ability to specify a passage, translation, and format as Samuel specifies above and drop that into a document could be incredibly useful. Will note this on UserVoice, also.
Yes as Shortcuts becomes more
The inline interlinear view will copy all the information that is displayed for a word, which I normally use, paste into the text processor and remove what I don't need. An alternative to that would be to just have it display the transliteration (surface or lemma, whatever you need) and copy from there:
I feel really
Well, you won't like this answer. But sure saves time, if you're writing for non-hebrew-ists or greek-ists:
That is the best option so far. I was hoping for something that didn't require opening another resources, but maybe that is the easiest way in Logos.

  • Is there an easy way to copy the transliterated lemma of a word?

The title says it all. It is easy to copy the original word used in a verse but is there a way to copy the transliterated word? This seems like it should be obvious to do but for some reason I cannot figure out how to do it either in the right click panel or the interlinear pane.

I'm pasting this from my post about iOS last year. Please, please :) A lot of us would like the ability to go iPadOS only at least for travel. As more and more of us transition to the iPad as our primary computer, Logos’ functionality on iPad is becoming a serious bottleneck. My aim is not to debate how an iPad compares to a desktop. The reality

  • Mac Bug: Control + Tab does not function correctly

This has been a bug for a long time, but wondering if it will ever be fixed. On a Mac Ctrl+Tab should always switch to the adjacent tab on the right side (and Shift+Ctrl+Tab to the tab on the left side). However, Logos still uses some order I can't quite discern and jumps around the UI. Any chance we could get this fixed?

  • Re: Bug Text Resizing with the Keyboard
I can confirm this behavior. I do note that the keyboard shortcut is NOT listed in the help file, so perhaps support for it has been overlooked(?).
It's a pretty universal shortcut (at least on Mac) so it's good that it works, just hoping this little bug can be easily fixed.

  • Bug with Next Tab Keyboard Shortcuts

The next (and previous) tab keyboard shortcut on Mac is not working properly. On Mac Ctrl+Tab (and Shft+Ctrl+Tab) should move to the next (or previous) tab in sequence. On Logos it jumps around from one tab to another. I can't quite tell what the logic is but it seems to be similar to the order the resources were read or opened in. However, expected
