Yes. I'm out of practice here. :-) https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-desktop-app/posts/sermon-marker-in-bible-text

There are many filters one can turn on and off for the Biblical text, speakers, and so forth. I would surely like a "sermon marker" that would indicate at the beginning of the text, that a sermon (my own in one color, or someone else's (e.g. Spurgeon) in another color). You already have the asset in the Sermon Manager icon. Just insert that in the Bible

I have seen this in more than one resource; but today I just got irked enough to screenshot it and complain. I have seen this a LOT in Steve Gregg's "Revelation: Four Views" but I suspect that is due to spasmodically attempting to keep up with the columnar alignment issues such a book creates. Back to the EEC James commentary however... HOW in the world

Thanks Andrew, I'm not seeing these any more. I'll report any others I find.

Once again I come upon a very strange media connection in the Bible. Revelation 12:3 contains a little multimedia icon pointing me to a video about notes having spell check. https://ref.ly/logos4/MediaTool?MediaItemId=367536 Why on earth is this link here? This is not the only place, I have been observing this over and over again. As a matter of fact

Thank you Jake. I'll be preaching 1 Peter during the first quarter of '21 - sadly that volume will be too late. I will have to content myself with other resources.
-
Is there any forecast yet as to when “ W. Edward Glenny ”'s forthcoming volume for the EEC would be available?

Realized I could fake it with a reading plan: https://fl.vu/m69de3

Robert's rules of order has a baked in study plan on page 308 . I would love to have that converted to a course for the courses tool.

I have been using the prayer lists more on mobile than on the desktop. That said One of the things I find most frustrating is the "workflow" doesn't work so well for me. I do love how all of the day's prayer lists are compiled into one on the mobile when I open up Today's prayers. (I wish It would do so on the desktop as well!) My prayer lists are never

At minimum typing it twice if you put the information in the faithlife/google calendar and then use that calendar for your team. Unfortunately it won't be dynamic unless you also update both. I was just contemplating this need and it's the only workaround I can fathom.

As per the question: I have no idea, though I do suspect it is tied to the silver level feature upgrade only. But I want to go on record saying, "Best Typo Ever." LOL.

Or would it be essential that we move everything over to the new platform?
No - an archive is sufficient. I promise that old-timers will be as curmudgeonly about it as we were at leaving the boards, but it is time for an upgrade.
I grudgingly left the usenet group behind,

My own activity here is very similar to David Thomas'. I make verse by verse notes in Logos. I then copy the notes into my Word template for sermons (nothing fancy, just reflects my work style). I edit and work it in Word, then finally copy > paste into Logos sermon editor and adjust the slides, etc. Now the reason: I am a relentless maker of backups
Those of us who helped beta test the new "iteration" of Logos were also underwhelmed except for the updates to Factbook.
I'm afraid you don't speak for me. The counseling guide and the dark mode for reading, together with the additional sermon capabilities and the manager combine to make L9 a compelling upgrade for me

Thank you. This is a new resource to me. I'll see what I can use of it.

David, I rather like looking at that graphic, but it would be more fun without people in the way of the words. Where did that come from?
-
Tom, I've run multiple monitors with Logos for years. You don't need isolated instances, just float the windows/tabs. I separate tasks into floating panes. For example right now I've got the main window set up for my sermon prep, the left hand screen has another floating pane set up for my Wednesday night studies, and another floating window holds my

I think this would be a great addition. Curious why you did not list the CCC? Catholic Church. Catechism of the Catholic Church. 2nd Ed. Washington, DC: United States Catholic Conference, 2000. Print.
And there are people beta testing it, you can be sure. I assume you are one of them.
Interesting speculation.
