• Re: Personal books

I've resorted to placing personal books in notes, with the book title as the Notebook, and chapters as individual notes. Advantages: zero issues; easy edits for the inevitable typographical errors; full compatibility with my iPad. Disadvantages: none that I have found.

When I open passage analysis and then select Morph River for ESV selecting verb by mood and then move the cursor over the mood table on the bottom left and rest it on a mood it does not change colors in the graph or pulsate as it has in the past.. Is this a bug or has the feature been

Logos is not likely to get quicker with version 9, so I would get the Macbook Pro, 1T drive, 64G ram if you can.

I've been changing collections into tags, and then deleting the collections. I also had about a hundred docs like passage lists and word lists, and I've deleted those I don't actually use. Perhaps
Recently when starting LOGOS, I often have to restart it a second time and sometimes a third. There seems to be a glitch in its loading on my Mac. It's also become incredibly slow. I've cleared my memory and checked my internet - so this does not seem to be the issue. This morning it took three loads, and as I'm working

  • A possible hint for improving performance

Searches seemed to be getting slower and slower, and yesterday it took well over a minute to find <Person Jesus>, and lemma:Ἰησοῦς@NVSM was agonizingly slow. Last night before going to bed I deleted my entire Logos installation, and then reinstalled it overnight (I have about 9,000 resources, so it's an ordeal to download
Thanks Pastor Greg! At your suggestion I am testing Keyboard Maestro right now. Question is how do you open a layout? There are no hyperlinks that I can find to access layouts. Do you record your actions and make macros out of them? Also, is there a quick way you have found to learn the Keyboard Maestro utility?
Sorry for

  • Toggling the visibility of Notes and Highlights

I have about 100 different Notes and Highlights documents (one for each book of the Bible, plus quite a few on different topics, such as commands or references to the sovereignty of God). I know, of course, that I can toggle individual Notes and Highlights on and off, and toggle all of them at one time. It there a way to select a larger group, short

That's much quicker; of course, the highlights I was trying to delete were part of the "no notebook" collection. I guess I need to create a notebook for quick observational notes, rather than letting them collect in the ether.
