The sign says no swimming, but someone's drowning! What to do, what to do.....

I don't know if I can wait, I may have to buy Allen Barber's book in paper, it looks promising. Thanks for making these suggestions.

I noticed that earlier today in the NA27 interlinear. Look like something good is about to happen, it could be this very day!

Here is a quote from Keep Smiling 4 Jesus I quickly looked up. Keep Smiling 4 Jesus :) | Forum Activity | Replied : Sun, Jan 17 2010 1:30 PM Waiting to purchase is an option - learned many years ago learned a bargain is not a bargain if cannot use it. For example, looked at Portfolio bundle, but did not enough resources I would use in near future to

Hi Thomas, you may be correct about L5, but I upgraded from L3 to L4 at the last minute on January 30, 2010, before the price went up. I don't remember all the particulars, but they may have graciously extended that period so that everyone that wanted to could upgrade at the lower price. Logos has always been good to me, and seems to do whatever they

I like new updates.

Hi Rosie, I'm guessing the book is almost exactly the same, but has been given extensive tagging for the new Topic Guide.
who have suffered
Gotta love that dry humor!

This isn't a new thing. In L4 you had to get the higher level packages to get certain functionality. In the text comparison tool for example, and some would come on the forums wondering why it didn't work right. Ultimately Logos would have to charge more for lower level packages if the had all the functionality. (Try buying a car without power brakes

Faithlife Study Bible and associated resources are shown in the L5 packages. Does this mean they have dropped the idea of an annual fee? And if I only purchase a cross grade will it be included?

Hi Duncan, I don't own lange's or Calvin, but all the others are on the iPad.

Without much to go on, it sounds like the jump from Platinum to Diamond is about half of what it was to go from Platinum to Portfolio. This seems like what one would expect. I don't remember the release date of L4, but it seems that I remember the reduced price for upgrades lasted until January 31.
Did you have errors in the compiling? Also, can you show me a screen shot?
I only had a font warning. I was able to "fix" it by selecting one column rather than none in the Logos resource menu for that book.
-
Hi Blair, I appreciate all these books you have been making available. When I compiled this one, the sentences were cut off in Part 3A, Part 6 and Part 7. It is like there wasn't a margin on the right side. Do you see that on your personal book?

I would like to see a book of the caliber of Dwight Pentecost's book Things To Come, only from the post trib position, rather than dozens of books that only partially cover the subject, and are often arranged as a kind of rebuttal to dispensationalism, rather than a clear biblical theology that stands on its own. The OT/NT thing was only my musing.
-
Has any scholar wrote his magnum opus on the end times from the post trib position? I grow weary of reactions to the other positions and would like to see a exhaustive work based on Biblical theology. As I see it the "pre" position is based on OT theology (Somebody has to go through the trib, lets make it Israel.), whereas the "post" is based on the

The New King James Version, the New International Version and the English Standard Version all use a different Greek text to translate from, so there is nothing to tie the various Engish words and phrases used in these translations together. (Welcome to the forums, perhaps others will share a more complete answer to your questions.)

If it were me I would get her an iPad. If money were an issue I would look into getting a reconditioned one. I would start her on the Vyrso app and when she was ready move her to the Bible app. The iPad app is the highest developed one and the iPad is very versatile and proven durable.

If I may state the obvious, simply put the resource you are reading on the right side of the split screen and move the left panel off of the screen to the left. Now it is impossible to acquire a split screen by advancing pages.

This process makes beautiful, scriptural slideshow wallpaper. Thank Jacob for asking. Thanks Mark for giving the instructions and thanks Logos and graphic artists for providing them. I found to get a higher resolution, I had to click on the image and wait for it to fill the screen, before saving it.
