• BUG? I can no longer choose a secondary sort column in Sermon Manager

I used to be able in the week view of the sermon manager, sort primarily by date then secondarily by service time by holding down the shift key to select the second column to sort... now the option to choose a second column seems to be gone. The shift key no longer works. I am running a PC Windows 10. I am running Logos 9.2

  • Re: Kjv only

There are many who offer thoughtful refutations of KJV only, but if you are looking for a sane, well stated case for preservation and the TR, I suggest "Touch Not the Unclean Thing" by David Sorenson. https://www.amazon.com/Touch-Not-Unclean-Thing-Separation/dp/0971138400 It is required reading for every graduate of Pensacola Christian College... it

  • Re: A Recommendation for Training (especially Notes feature)

I subscribe to mpseminarsonline.com Under the Logos 8 section, Morris has a very detailed bit by bit explanation of the notes. I have viewed each bite sized video and now have a pretty good understanding. IMO this is the best bang for the training buck out there.

  • Text comparison in Powerpoint and Word

I am teaching a class on textual variations and would love an easy way to export a logos textual comparison to a power point slide. In fact I will have 20 or 30 passages. I would love a way to export the whole list to Word, not just one at a time. I would also like to get the entire chart copied over to ppt... it would seem that the whole thing does

  • Re: AV vs KJV 1900

Levi, you have just added much time to my work week! I have been manually taking out the 1900 from every verse reference in every slide and in every printed document because I believe they are essentially the same and it was causing confusion. This is a wonderful solution. Thanks also for the folks who posted the article about the 1900 being the best

  • Re: Morris Proctor

I want to chime in here as a long time MP student. Over the years I have attended several training seminars, not just for the training, which is top notch, but also for the fellowship. I feel that I want to keep company with men and women who love the Bible so much they are willing to invest time and $$ in a program like LOGOS. While I value the online

  • Default Color

When copying a resource to a note, Logos 7 used to put the source information in a different color(blue?). Now the citation is the same color.... I liked the change so that I could see when one citation ended and another began. Is there any way to change that?

  • Is it possible to merge entire notebooks?

I love the fact that I can now move old notes into different notebooks. Is it possible to take a group of notes that has been classified in a notebook for example a notebook labled eph 3 and move the entire notebook into another existing notebook entitled Ephesians... so that all the Ephesians notes are together in one notebook.

  • Re: Is it possible to merge entire notebooks?

That's too bad... but at least I don't have to do each one. On another note I don't think I am liking how Logos has separated each versified note... makes for a very choppy process

  • Re: What version of the Bible are you planning to read in 2019?

I will be using the Logos Chronological plan this year to read through the KJV. Three years ago we started a Bible Reading Challenge in our church where folks committed to a Bible reading plan and were accountable to follow through with that plan..it has helped us to grow as a congregation. This year our folks are choosing from either the chronological

  • Where did the stars go?

I am happy with the recent fixes to the notes. ( Hyperlink restored... notes can be sorted in verse order) However... I use the star icon to mark anchored illustrations in the passages. It seems that the star is no longer available? Am I missing something?

I am on a PC. Yes the icons seem to glitch out if I have the notes expanded like I usually do. All the icons become squares. If I open the middle column then I have all the icons

  • Re: No longer possible to send books to Kindle?

This is frustrating. Logos should do what it takes to fix this...no blame shifting and excuses...Once again... the product I paid top dollar for is now changing without my approval.

  • Is it possible to merge notes created from a workflow into a different notebook?

I love the idea of a workflow, but the notes generated seem to go into a workflow note rather than the note/ notebook related to the passage that I am studying. Perhaps this has been covered, but is there a way to anchor all workflow notes to a particular passage, and then to merge all those anchored notes to the appropriate notebook?
I am surprised that prioritization hasn't shown up several times in this thread - a version or two back it was a big issue and it still is an unsatisfactory mess.
You are absolutely right. It would be great if the resources were divided by type, THEN give us the ability to prioritize. Also, I would be happy if Logos

My biggest request for the Logos 9 rollout is allow us to buy the upgrade right away without having to add resources! I already have more than I will ever use... but I want the latest upgrades. I am still paying for a huge collection. Please offer the upgrade right away with no extra fluff. While I am at it, show some love for years of loyalty. The

I am thrilled that Logos took the time to add the reverse interlinear to the MEV! For those of us who value the TR it is a huge help! Thanks to whoever thought that was a good idea!!!
