Hey all, thanks for your patience. We have a fix for this scenario. You are right: he is running new notes on web and mobile, but old notes on desktop. That is because we unlocked L8 Basic automatically for him when we visited app.logos.com. We need to make a internal change where we don't unlock New Notes feature in that scenario. Ryan, I will reach

Good questions, Graham! At this time, adding Reference anchors is supported in the notes tool. We need to do some work to the selection menu to improve the "targeting" experience in order to make text anchors and setting anchors for a reference more feasible (kind of like the context menu on desktop).

Hi there, Happy to report we're bringing anchor support to iOS and Android. It just shipped to beta, should be coming for all soon: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/178625.aspx

With our most recent update on Android, there should be no changes to audio behavior. When you say "you have to tap to get full screen", what do you mean by that? What are you trying to make full screen? By
Are the new Android changes making their way to iOS? I use both apps, so I'd like the user experience to be as similar as possible.
Hi Bill. I too use both iOS and Android in my daily work. A wider trend we're seeing is more unified design across Android/iOS. Look at many major consumer apps and you'll see this
How about the issue many of us have raised with the font. In the PC app, no problem, but reading on Android with the current font is a pain. Any thoughts?
Many of the Android specific font issues are with the font files we've licensed from a 3rd party. We are communicating with this vendor and hope to have better font

Hi all, We're working on a fix for Android where highlighting across pages will turn the page. Most other reader apps do some version of this, and we'd like to move towards some generally accepted UX patters like that. We'd probably roll that solution out on iOS and may do away with the two-fingered scroll entirely on both platforms. This approach would

It's possible that an out of date resource is causing this issue. Please try removing and then redownloading the resource and let me know if that helps.
