You can create a visual filter which will change the pronouns referring to God to small caps. Use the search terms: "he ANDEQUALS <Person God>", "his ANDEQUALS <Person God>" "him ANDEQUALS <Person God>". I think this will get you as close as you can get to what you want.

Just wondering if there are any Wordsearch or Logos users in Rhode Island. Thinking that geting together could be helpful. I've used both for quite a few years.

Hi Phil, I use a combination of Notes and Personal Books. First I create a note anchored to the passage, enter my preparation material with date and sermon title at the top. I then tag the note with topics and any other info I might want to search on. The note marks the text so whenever I look at a passage I can see if I've preached on it. Hovering

Hope this is helpful. Not sure if it's complete. Info comes from various Logos sources. 4314.Logos Data.xlsx

If you have the tool Bible Browser you can use the filters on the left to go to Intertext > Source > Leviticus. You can also then filter by Relationship to see Allusions, Citations, Quotations, etc. Hope this helps.

I believe you are thinking of the Concordance Tool. Choose the book you want to find the references in from the first drop down list, then select 'Reference" in the second list. That will give you a list of all the references in that book, both Scripture and from other resources. Hope this helps.

It's at the very bottom of the Training Library page, under Archived Live Webinars: https://mpseminarsonline.com/training-library/.

Morris Proctor did a very helpful seminar on using Logos for inductive Bible study. 3 sessions totaling almost 15 hours, includes suggestions for setting up collections. Available through mpseminarsonline.com. The monthly fee is well worth it for all the training available there.

Filter or search for type:encyclopedia

Welcome to Logos. It can indeed be overwhelming at first but you don't need to learn it all at once. There are some very helpful training videos at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019103211-Logos-8-Videos . These forums are also a great place to ask questions. Best wishes and the Lord be with you.

I believe you can create a link to a notebook. Have the notebook you want to link to open, but no specific note open. Use Ctrl-Alt-C (Windows) to copy the location to the clipboard, then create the link in the note you want the link in by highlightling the text you want to use as the link, click on the link icon or hit Ctrl-K and copy the location into

Would using the Bible Browser, Supernatural Beings - Type:Angel, give you what you're looking for?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I would like the note to show up whenever a word based on the lemma is used in the Biblical text.
-
I'm trying to create a note on a lemma so that the lemma will have a note icon and the content of the note will show up anywhere the lemme does, Is this possible?
-
You can also use Power Lookup, as demonstrated in this Morris Proctor video: https://blog.logos.com/2019/01/how-to-quickly-see-one-passage-in-many-bibles/#more-94914

I asked this before but never saw a reply. In the table of contents "God's Grace" is listed under "Attributes Describing God in His Activity toward Creatures" but in the graphic it looks like it is under "Attributes Describing God in Himself". Am I reading this incorrectly or is it a typo?
-
In the Lexham Survey of Theology all of the attributes of God listed in the Table of Contents under "Attributes Describing God in His Activity toward Creatures" appear to show in the graphic under the heading "Attributes Describing God in Himself".
-
What would be the best way to mark a section of a resource when you make a clipping of it? Would be nice if there was an option to place an icon there as you can with a note,

Looks like they were just taken down from public viewing. Oh well. New Home Page design looks interesting.
