Awesome thx!

Gotcha thx. Will give it a try. Any idea what it specifically does?
If on Windows, for Logos, so presumably for Verbum, the command Set Use Ngen to Yes is supposed to improve performance.
thx will try that but where is the setting at?

Hello, I am curious if anyone else is noticing Verbum 9 loading a lot slower than Verbum 8? I have a pretty large library, but I was always amazed at how fast Verbum 8 was (especially compared to Verbum 7), but now, Verbum 9 seems to be going back to the slow times...has anyone else experienced this? FYI this is the case on the 3 computers I use Verbum

Thx i do have a lot of Catholic books set as priority - I am wonder if, as suggested, there is a priority setting on the software side for the books that populate the guides that is not in our control. If this is the case, I would hope that Faithlife could set a different set of priori for verbum vs Logos.

i agree - this needs to be addressed...Catholics should not be shortchanged of the resource from Verbum!

Understandably, it seems that Protestant terms and resources are highly linked to the different guides. However, I would really like to see more Catholic Resources Tagged - as well as more Catholic Terms (things like Relics, Mass, etc.). I have Verbum Ultimate and a vast library of Catholic and Non-Catholic Books - but it seems like the non-catholic

I just added a bunch of the books I was voting for on UserVoice to the New Book Suggestions board on the faithlife feedback. Please browse and upvote and add your favorites so we can hopefully get even more great Catholic titles and titles of interest to Catholics! https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-book-requests

Hello, I noticed on the Verbum website, when you click "Pre-pubs" the filter selector for pre-pubs is not automatically selected - so you get a mix of pre-pub + currently available titles. Can you correct this? Also, a request: On logos.com when you go to my account and see your open pre-pubs, it shows (for ones available) both the ship date and the

I haven't seen it on eBay for awhile - but I was able to get the old Jerome Bible Commentary through a new Catholic Scholar's Pack that was being sold (license wasn't activated yet and Faithlife was able to apply to my account). Keep an eye out on ebay/create a watchlist and one might resurface :)
-
Not necessarily a journal, but I would love to see This Rock/Catholic Answers Magazine in Verbum. They already have a relationship with CA so hoping this is something that could happen!
-
I’ve been away from the forums for awhile. But when did they change over from uservoice? Did all the listings and votes migrate to the new system?
-
Not at all - especially for a resource you can no longer get (and possibly a few others one might not have). But again, I caution to first contact FL to make sure they will still apply to account if u give them the license code!

For those looking for the NAB I spotted this on eBay. It is an old logos Catholic Answers Pack in new condition. the NAB is on it. you want to confer with a Logos sales person that they still do this, but a few years ago I found a Catholic Scholar Pack on eBay in new condition/never registered. I was able to give the the license code and they applied

I was lucky enough to find an old "Catholic Scholar's Pack" in mint condition on ebay a couple years ago. At the time, they were able to activate the license on my account since it was new, unlicensed. This gave me the NAB and the Original New Jerome Biblical Commentary. I am not sure if they still honor old license codes (I thought I saw that they

While I am excited for this resource, that is disappointing if the Ordo isn't built for it to work similar to the Lectionary - especially since that is integral to how it is normally used. Hopefully someone from FL can clarify/shed light on this?
-
The New Oxford Annotated Bible is also in the list, but apparently Wordsearch stopped selling it at one point, so it's not clear to me whether FL will sell it once it's come over.
It is available for prepub:

I know the finishing touches are still being worked on - but do you know if there will be a dashboard/home screen card available for it like the lectionary card?
-
awesome! Thanks!

Clarification - so if we already have Verbum Gold, we don't need to pre-order the Liturgy of the Hours, it will automatically be added to our library?
