• Re: Base package order boxes show different sets of prices

Thanks Petah, something must not be working right here. I'd expect the same fields to display on these two PDPs for you. And yes, I think the 19% is a rounding thing - I can also take a look into that.

  • Re: Base package order boxes show different sets of prices

Can you provide the two URLs of the page you saw these, and confirm that you're signed in with the same account on both? The behavior you saw above is intentional if you don't own any of the Logos 9 Gold library - it's not showing dynamic price because there is no dynamic price. The M&W Gold is showing a dynamic price and therefore has different

  • Re: Bug: wrong book

Thanks, we're getting this fixed now! The SKU name (what shows up in the cart) was mistitled, but the price and product being actually unlocked is correct.
I have both Logos Now and Wordsearch Perks. The codes for the free books given each month for subscribing to each program appear to be the same. I tried to pick my free books for my Wordsearch Perks membership this month, entered the code, and was told that the code was invalide. Thank in advance for your help. Jesse [/quote

  • Re: Logos.com Basepackage offering innapropriate options

Hi there! The quiz ( https://www.logos.com/help-me-choose-package ) is primarily intended for new users, and has never been ownership aware. Sorry that it's not currently a great experience for people who already own Logos 8. https://www.logos.com/recommend-package will provide a recommendation for you based on what you already own.

  • Re: Group License thingy

We have updated the site behavior and you should now be seeing the familiar "Owned" box when a product is owned. You can purchase group licenses by changing the quantity to 2 or higher. The "Open in Logos" button will also display when applicable. Thank you for your feedback and patience.

  • Re: [BUG] Website Pricing Issues

Issues 1-3 should be resolved, can you check them now? For issues 4-5, are you still seeing the inflated 'Total value if sold separately' if you check the 'Hide owned resources' box at the top of the list?

  • Re: Group License thingy

We have enabled the ability to purchase 'group licenses' on most of our product pages. This allows you to purchase a product for a church or small group. If you don't own the product, group licenses kick in when you change the quantity to 2 or higher. If you do own the product, you'll see the 'Open in Logos' button and the quantity option of 1 or higher

  • Re: Is Dynamic Pricing Erronious (or not)

Hi Denise, Thank you for posting. Would you mind checking the page again to see if the titles you own are showing up as owned now? The dynamic price shouldn't have been incorrect, but I think there may have been an issue with the resource list showing what you own incorrectly. I apologize for the confusion there. And, we will be releasing a fix soon

  • Re: Bug: Broken reference error NAC Exodus

From what I can tell, we don't (and haven't) offered that title, so I think it was hyperlinked incorrectly. I'll pass it on for someone else to look into further. Thanks for the report!

Hi Petah, We don't have any short term plans for re-adding those, but thanks for letting us know that they were helpful. I'll add it to our list to consider for upcoming work.
Ok, Celeste, you're being difficult. I'm smiling. Not just authors.
Not intentionally Thanks for bearing with me.
Again, not to offend, but something happened. The easy answer is the new site, but I doubt it. Seems like something else. It's also kind of odd DuckDuck matches Google so closely.[/quote
She can correct me if I am wrong, but I think the broader point Denise is making is that the Logos.com domain isn't optimized correctly to display in general, everyday searches by everyday folks, thus potentially resulting in significant new customer /sales losses for Faithlife. The average consumer wont know to use site:logos

While we want you to be able to use our own site search to find what you're looking for, I thought I'd pass along this search engine tip - you can specify what site you want a search engine to search by using "site:www.example.com" in the search bar. "site:www.logos.com jodi magness"
Here's an easy one on DuckDuck. I paged until I gave up. Amazon showed, etc. Even Bart Ehrman's blog had something. Regarding searches, on a mini, the search window is tiny, so you have to type in the dark and no edits. Ergo DuckDuck.
Thanks, Denise. That's helpful information. We are doing some work now to improve our author
