I think you might be surprised. I had an issue with something I purchased off amazon. It apparently shouldn't have been sold. Customer circus didn't read anything I sent them, and then said some things that were personally very insulting. One email to Bob, and the customer service manager called me back (within about 3 minutes

It makes me cringe to buy a NIV, but I made a point with it.
As it turns out, the Mac OS Roman code page has ñ at 0x96. Are you running the Windows version of Logos 6 on a Mac in a VM? If so, I suspect there's a bug in the VM software that's not correctly translating 8 bit characters from Win1252 to MacRoman when transferring clipboard contents across the VM boundary
I'm trying to create web pages that have embedded links to resources in Logos. Dit you try just Copy the Recource HTML in Logos and simply past it to the Webpage?

It appears that Logos Now is set up to augment the libraries primarily of people with a Gold or better base package, which would be about the minimum that I would be able to use for original language studies. So, I'd still need a base package to enjoy the benefits of Logos Now, from that perspective

Hello, I do not own a Logos Base Package and rather currently use just a handful of individual titles in the Logos 6.7 free engine on my Mac and PC. If Logos 7 is something that will be released in perhaps the next 4 months or so, I would like to entirely skip purchasing a Logos 6 Base Package and just sit on my hands until 7 arrives. Is there any sort

Hello, I'm running just the Logos engine version 6.7 and I am getting a synchronization error. Exactly what does this mean and how do I go about fixing it? Thank you, Michael

The Windows link was pasted into notepad and the Mac into BBEdit.
Ah. My guess is that you're saving the file in Notepad with an "ANSI" encoding, and the problem is that BBEdit is interpreting that character differently (because of Windows vs Mac differences).
Glad it is working again The problem may have been due to ongoing maintenance as per https://community.logos.com/forums/t/118993.aspx
Hi Graham, Thanks for the kind words and the link. It's pretty cool that Logos has a place that tells you what they are banging on behind the scenes here. Michael

I just now got another email from Customer Service that indicates that none of the previous correspondence over the week was read at all before pressing SEND. I told them that I was no longer interested in this. I'll just piece meal odd resources that I can use in my studies that only Logos offers and keep my nose in Accordance and BibleWorks. The customer

FWIW & FYI - I'm no longer following this message thread.

I sure do appreciate all of the kind help that I received here, but I'm now of the mind that building any sort of Logos library is not for me. I'll just buy odds and ends that I might be able to integrate into my studies from Logos, if neither Accordance or BibleWorks offers that particular resource in a digital format. Multiple high-fives from my lady
Unfortunately, the logs you have uploaded don't show the crash. In certain rare circumstances, the logs don't capture crashes. In these cases it's likely the crash is caused by a problem outside of Logos (but we won't know for sure until we find the error log). I'm not at my desk at the moment, so can't give you the quick

Howdy! I'm trying to create web pages that have embedded links to resources in Logos. I am using Logos 6.7 on both a Mac and a Windows PC. I have some questions and possibly a bug to report in the way that the Mac Logos application handles creating these links. Here is a sample link that I made on the Windows PC: Revelation 2:18ñ24 » Here is the

Thanks for your response. The links that I have been generating are all coming from a Mac. I have to paste them into BBEdit and then make "adjustments" to get them to work. On the PC, they just work.

Oh, thank you for that bit of advice. I'm finding that various internet forum software all have their quirks and I would have never found out about that if you have not made me aware of it.
