I suggest emailing Bob@faithlife.com . I had an infuriating exchange with them a while back too. They - HE - NEEDS to know whats going on with customer circus. They eventually had a guy call me, and he fixed it for me, but it took a dozen emails back and forth from CS, an email to Bob, and a call from a guy in charge in CS
I sort of
Unfortunately, the logs you have uploaded don't show the crash. In certain rare circumstances, the logs don't capture crashes. In these cases it's likely the crash is caused by a problem outside of Logos (but we won't know for sure until we find the error log). I'm not at my desk at the moment, so can't give you the quick

I sure do appreciate all of the kind help that I received here, but I'm now of the mind that building any sort of Logos library is not for me. I'll just buy odds and ends that I might be able to integrate into my studies from Logos, if neither Accordance or BibleWorks offers that particular resource in a digital format. Multiple high-fives from my lady

I just now got another email from Customer Service that indicates that none of the previous correspondence over the week was read at all before pressing SEND. I told them that I was no longer interested in this. I'll just piece meal odd resources that I can use in my studies that only Logos offers and keep my nose in Accordance and BibleWorks. The customer
I'm not sure of all the specifics with your situation, but Logos is big on once you purchase a resource, it's yours. You shouldn't have to repurchase a "key" to unlock an old resource. I do know that you can contact the company president directly if you are unsatisfied. He has posted both his email and phone number on the

The Logos Sales Representative that I had brought this question to and has been steering me towards a Gold package, indicated that he could no nothing at all to help me and that I needed to contact Customer Service on my own to see if they could sell me a new key for the Logos 3 Original Languages Library.

It appears that Logos Now is set up to augment the libraries primarily of people with a Gold or better base package, which would be about the minimum that I would be able to use for original language studies. So, I'd still need a base package to enjoy the benefits of Logos Now, from that perspective

And like you I am an amateur - I study it for the love of it - and have no budget to cover my book habit. One good thing about Logos is that if you like what you have, you can keep
No, we won't know when Logos 7 will be released. Gauging from the past, there is usually a 2-year span between releases in the fall and we're at the half-way point now. On the positive side, if you purchase a package now, dynamic pricing will apply to any packages you want to buy when Logos 7 is released.
Thank you

What ever happened to the Original Languages Library? Hello, I do not own a Logos Base Package and rather currently use just a handful of individual titles in the Logos 6.7 free engine on my Mac and PC. If Logos 7 is something that will be released in perhaps the next 4 months or so, I would like to entirely skip purchasing a Logos 6 Base Package and just sit on my hands until 7 arrives. Is there any sort

Thanks for your response. The links that I have been generating are all coming from a Mac. I have to paste them into BBEdit and then make "adjustments" to get them to work. On the PC, they just work.
