Would you please be able to use the 'report a problem' feature in the mobile app? To access this click on the three horizontal lines on the top left, then select help, you'll see 'report a problem' there

    Hello Willie, I reviewed your account and see that you're using the mobile version of Logos. It sounds like your app lost its internet connection, or did not detect it when opened. We should verify that the app has internet access. Please switch your device to "Airplane Mode", then back again to refresh the connection. In some cases, it may be necessary

    Hola Jorge, Muchas gracias por el abrazo! Con los aspectos de la computadora del trabajo, procesador Celeron con 4GB de RAM no es considerado suficiente para usar Logos fluidamente. Si es posible le recomedaria a usted hacer cambios al procesador y aúmentar la cantidad de RAM que tienes.
