I'm sorry this isn't working well for you. Am I understanding correctly that there are two problems: 1) videos don't play all the way through, and 2) not all videos are showing up when you browse faithlifetv.com? Do other video services work without problem (e.g. YouTube or Netflix)?
1. That 1st movie

I am trying the free month. I have to say it is not going well. The 1st day was the best but still it was acting funky. I tried several different things. It usually hangs up after a few seconds. I tried watching a movie and it stopped about 2/3 of the way through. The bar that shows the time running and total time showed that the movie was over. Had

Thank you for your reply again MJ..
I wonderd, if I didn't have Logos NOW, what I am missing in a recent upgrade to LOGOS 7? INFO: I was using LOGOS 6 Portfolio Edition. Then I recently ordered LOGOS NOW and then upgraded to LOGOS 7 one day later. Maybe this is more of a LogosNOW question, but I wondered, "If I cancelled LogosNOW

Well thank you for your feedback MJ.. Out of all this all you got is that I was sarcastic? And once again I get pointed out that I am wrong for answering in these here forums. Nothing at all about how confusing the whole thing is whether on my part or theirs? Just mine? Or the hugely obvious insult? Guess I was insulted because if I have to give up

It states very clearly in his post that he knows he will lose all the special feature and functions of LN if he cancels. Its was a very clear question of what do I need to have L7 feature set. So you going back the way you did is confusing. Neither did you explain why he would need to purchase L7 full feature set. Seem everyone like to sing the praises

I guess I should really stop answering lol. Wow that big ol star and everything by your name. Someone really special. Undoubtedly know Logos more than I do. And honestly you do. But seems to me that the reply you gave is waaaaaayyyyyyyy confusing.
It's difficult to add something to Mark's excellent answers around the content of

Sorry I do not know how to link this. But under the comparison page there is a tab to compare feature sets. Click so that you "show all" as it starts of with what is new to you. It will have everything that the feature sets have.
-
If you plan on canceling LN and buying a feature set, buy the feature set before you cancel LN as it will give you a discount.
-
If you upgraded with LN and did not buy a L7feature set, and then you cancel LN you would revert back to L6 feature set.

" The Logos 7 Full Feature Set is in Bronze and above . It includes —you guessed it— all the features of Logos 7 ." Why is this statement made when it is patently untrue ? The Bible Browser Tool is "a feature of Logos 7" and it is not included . Yes, most readers would indeed guess
-
I am sorry but I do not see how that is misleading in any way. Following the links you provided it in no way states that the bible browser feature is part of the L7 full feature set. I did follow the link on the page that your link went to, and under the full list of L7 full features it is not listed anywhere. When I followed the link that you gave

Hi Bob. The thing with LN (which is actually great) is that when you no longer subscribe for what ever reason your data sets, interlinears, reverse interlinears, ect. will all be lost. So lets say you do have full logos 6. You start up LN without getting the full feature set. Something happens just a couple of years down the road, and you cannot afford

For me it was both. Got a larger library and a couple of smaller ones. Since I bought a package and received a discount on the Mobil Ed classes picked up those also. Picked up L7 and Verbum ( was only like $2.00 more) full feature sets. Wanted the full feature sets to keep up on them. And since buying LN gave me an ok discount picked that up too, well

One of the speculations that I do not understand is that LN is brining in more cash flow when the Full Feature set is more expensive. Costs more so is more cash no? Lol.
It is not so much that LN will bring in more cash, but that LN will make the cash flow more steady. Rather than having

i currently have logos 7 bronze is now worth it?
It always comes down to the question of "is it worth it for you?" Do you want access to those cloud-based services (such as Bible Browser) that are only available as part of a Logos Now subscription? https://wiki.logos.com/Logos_7_Online_Only_Features

There has been much debate in the forums about this topic. The best thing is to look up all the features that are in feature sets. There is currently 3 different sets. Logos now has the most at a "reasonable" price in that it is cheaper than Logos 7 Full Feature Set . Then there are the Logos 7 Full Feature Set and the Logos 7 Starter Feature Set. And

Oh ok. Sorry I do not know of anyway to enlarge within Logos. Have to leave that to the experts. My eyes are bad and I have a 52" monitor. This way I can sit away from the screen. Those woodcarvings are absolutely amazing at that size.

Of course one has to be aware of any copyrights. Don't want to do any copyright infringements.

Not sure what you mean. If you copy you can past to whichever program you use. Can even export or copy/paste to microsoft office programs. Like powerpoint or word. If you export to powerpoint can make the slides as you like. And with word can make a book and import it into logos as a personal book.

One way I have found is that if you right click the image, on the left side of the menu you will have copy or save as. I use windows 10 so the save as saves a .png file. Then when you use which ever program to display it, you can get which ever resolution you like. I usually look at them full screen. Or you can Copy then past into which ever program
