Logos Crashes Upon Startup

Logos has always worked wonderfully.But, I had my work PC swapped out and after reinstalling Logos it crashes every time. This new PC has alot of security added (I can no longer upload to the cloud (Google Drive etc.) Alot of websites are blocked etc. which was not previously the case. I feel like that might be the problem. Is there a way to work "offline
