Gentlemen-- I've been testing on multiple browsers on Mac, PC, and different flavors of mobile. So far, I've been unable to reproduce. Is there anything more you can tell me about the kind of search terms you're using (including any punctuation)? Also, if you could let me know if you're attempting searches from the forum list page, from an individual

Mike, what browser and OS are you using? I've had no difficulty signing in at faithlifetv.com thus far, even on mobile browsers.

Hi, Kenute--I checked https://www.logos.com/product/2265/nelsons-new-illustrated-bible-commentary , and I'm not replicating what you describe in any desktop browser. Are you still experiencing the problem?

Jacky, have you tried running the "Update Resources" command? That should prompt the desktop software to recheck for resources that haven't downloaded. If you still have problems, please feel free to give our Customer Support department a call. The number is 1-800-875-6467.
