  • Crash - WBC when hiding table of contents

I've tried 4-5 of my layouts and once it didn't crash for me but did for the others. Have used Logos heavily since 2010 and this hasn't happened before. macOS Sierra 10.12 Logos 6.13 0741.LogosLogs.scottgroethe.20160812-130400.zip

  • Re: Chapter notes (before verse one) don't appear on these Bibles

Thanks MJ, I have two note files that I use everyday, three, Translation Notes, General Notes, and RCL Daily Notes. The translation one is the one I put suggestions for me so that when we get to a passage, I've already met some of the issues and had opinions on them for our translation project. Is that the information you wanted? Just to get more information

And a Mobile Ed course maybe a season (Advent, Epiphany, Lent) that spans the three years of readings, with generous helpings of "how to" videos interspersed with the lectures. Along with an apologeia of why reading the Bible using the lectionary is not "just another Bible reading plan" but shows connections in texts and promotes the Church seeing the

  • Notes cursor jumps to top of page

90% of my notes are very short, but some are longer. I take notes on the Mobile Ed classes and they're fairly long. If I move to another window, maybe highlight, then move back to a long note, and click where I want to start typing, the note jumps to the top or else to higher than where I am. Sometimes it happens a second time right after that, and

  • Re: Split Commentary windows

Two more commentaries where the Scripture gets in the way* NIV Application Commentary and Old Testament Library Series *there was a reason commentaries included the scripture right in with the text, my guess would be in the era of paper books, you didn't have to open up another book (the Bible) all the while reading your commentary. One reason Scripture

  • note highlight icons and colors

On a Mac, the color right below brown (not maroon) is still yellow, and the two below that are slightly lighter shades of yellow. Couldn't there be more of a shade or hue midway between yellow and brown and then the two on the bottom would be the more standard yellows?

  • Re: HANGING!

I am having the same issues, for a number of days. I use both Mac and Windows, same sluggishness. My guess would be a change in the latest release (acc to https://wiki.logos.com/Logos_6_Release_Notes this was Dec 22) that sounds about right when the problems began with me. I don't think it has anything to do with memory.

I just did that, just to be safe. But 30 minutes ago, I installed 6.9 Beta 1 and in 15 minutes of use, did not get the spinning beachball. Glad things are smooth again. Thanks for the tip.

  • Can't get Psa 31.9-16 to point to the correct reference after typing in notes

If I type Psa 31 and add a space then click on it, it brings me to the top of the psalm including superscription as expected. Type Psa 31.1 and it goes to 1 Type Psa 31.9 and it goes to 9 Type Psa 31.9-16 (as in today's reading for the daily RCL) and it goes to 32.9 I've reproduced it twice and don't understand the problem Using windows 10, Logos 6

Mine is ok now, but I'm telling you it was giving me the wrong Psalm on two platforms today. Perhaps switching the default Bible to LEB then back to NLT did the trick, not a programmer so no idea. But I try not to post problems unless I have them twice. This was not the first time that the NLT in a note pointed to the wrong target. But I hope this is

Mark isn't this an overreaction? I don't know the system for sending bugs but did you read where I said that 99.9% of the time there is no problem, I use periods every day in different notes files for thousands of notes. Not being a geek and computer head, I thought maybe it was a Psa 31-32 problem in the NLT text.

  • Ability to hide scripture text in commentaries

With most there is no problem, but I can think of two right now 1) Cornerstone Biblical Commentary Ezekiel: This surprised me because all the other books (so far) that I have worked with and read the Bible text is not there but it is here. 2) Preacher's Commentary: every book so far as I know There are commentaries where the author gives his or her

I have a comment/question about the Catholic Lectionary but not about the name. I was looking at the Index of Readings, which does the seasons first, the the years (2007 through 2019). I am looking at the page I got to through the seasons part of that index, the day or entry I'm looking at right now is "Monday of the Second Week of Advent." Why is it
