[quote user="Denise Barnhart"] Yes, but Chris, in your calculation, you have to SUBTRACT out the beautiful drive (almost a vacation!!). And of course 3 nights in THE vacation capital of Washington County. Then there's the gourmet meals with fellow believers. Compared to a little piece of plastic you put in your PC?? How can you even compare? [/quote

Yes I in fact have seen these estimated dates to ship (towards end of Dev cycle) on the product description page of various products I've had in pre-pub and am very thankful for them as well. Also receive the emails concerning prepubs. I guess more to the point of what I mean would be when something comes out initially as a pre-pub having an estimated

Mark; I'm guessing you mean my avatar. It is part of a tattoo I have on my lower leg. It is the Grim Reaper holding a scythe. Underneath his picture is the single word "Repent" "Repent" or "Repent34" is my handle on many other forums in cyberspace for the last 15 years.

Oops....forgot to count Wednesday as a lost day's wages since I'd have to make the 8 hour drive on Wednesday to attend class on Thursday. Total cost to attend seminar would actually be $1754 so that makes buying the DVD 11% of the cost of attending in person.

Apples to oranges so not a legitimate comparison. I can tell you that I did a calculation of what it would cost me to go to an on-site seminar. I live in Bend Oregon so I was looking at going to the seminar in Bellingham, WA. Here's the breakdown: 8 hours drive each way. I'd have to drive up on Wed to attend class the next day. Hotel for three nights

Hi Dan; Thanks for replying. I am already on the pre-pub list for Camp Logos II. It states that the material is "Under Development". Based on my experience with that phrasing it could still be several months out. Just trying to figure out, realistically, how long that really means. I know that every project has a target date for completion. Would be

I recently purchased and viewed Morris' Camp Logos I DVD. I learned quite a bit and for me this is the best medium for me to learn. The video quality, callouts and Morris' teaching style are excellent to say the least. I think it was well worth the price tag. If I were to go to a seminar I'd have travel costs, food, and lodging costs. With the DVD's

Hi John; In what way do you use Logos4 on the Mac? Do you do word studies for example? I have the Learn to use Biblical Greek/Hebrew as well as the Learn to do Word Studies in Greek/Hebrew that I want to start using. I would "guess" that Logos4 for the Mac would be fine as Mr Cisneros uses a Mac to create the Learn to do Word Studies Greek videos and

  • Need opinions to help me decide on Camp Logos format

Greetings all; I want to get Camp Logos and also Camp Logos 2 when it comes out to do self study. I currently have a MBP, 2 years old, with 8 GB RAM. I run Parallels v7 with a Win7 VM. I have Logos for Win installed in the VM and also Logos installed on the Mac side. I am trying to decide on a platform to use full time, either Logos on the PC or Logos

do we know when it will actually be published? Seems like I've had it on pre-pub forever. I bought the Learn series when it came out and when I saw this Intro to word study I was excited to have something to give me a foundation to better utilize the Learn series.

According to my reckoning they might just as well invite Muslims, Buddists, and all the other false religions and cults. You legitimize one, you legitimize all. I know I won't be going.
