Not fair, I got up especially (I live in New Zealand) to download the latest. Well I guess it is better than being addicted to drugs ;-)

Mine said it was going to take 11 hours, then all of a sudden it was done. Must be a Windows style progress bar ;-)

Also performance has been good, could always be better ;-) But more than usable. MacBook Pro 2.4 Intel Core 2 Duo 4Gb Memory 7200RPM hard disk Schoolars Edition Logos Bible Software 4.2a Beta 6 (4.21.4.9959) many thanks to the team.

I am having the same issue after purchasing Leaders Edition. Followed the instrutions no traffic on the internet connection and nothing. I tried to login and enable the ebooks but it says I don't exist. Very frustrating.

Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU!!! Being a Mac only user I have been doing Highlighting on paper with pens and this is so much better. Love it. Keep up the great work. Yours in Christ Nat

Hi all, Firstly well done to you all, this app just rocks. I am running A 17 on a MacBook Pro 2.16 Dual Core 2, so it is not that fast. But that said I have just installed a 128GB SSD and now, well what can I say but wow! Doing a Bible study prior to the SSD would take about 45 seconds to get all the (available) resources up. Now it takes less than

Hi Aaron I had a 5400rpm 120Gb stock apple SATA drive, the performance is very noticeable right across the whole laptop. The old drive had just been formatted and apps reinstalled, so it is not a case of old drive full of rubbish ;-) I went with a Kingston 425 V series SSD, I would have preferred to try the Patriot but they are still too pricy. Are

Hi all After opening L4 A18 and doing a passage search the processor spikes to over 190%. The Commentaries show, as do the Bibles, text comparrison. The Biblical People, Places, Things, and music have spinners on and they seem to stay there for ever. This use to work with A17. I have re-indexed and tried the delete user prefs followed by a Sync now

Hi Roberto I am a Mac only user, running on a MacBook Pro 2.16 Dual Core 2. This is a four year old laptop. Logos works well, some aspects, Biblical places, people etc are slow to load but I believe that this will improve with time as the code gets tighter. To make it really fly I have replaced my standard hard drive with a SSD or solid state drive

Hi Just thought I would add my experiences in. I just upgarded a 2006 MBP 2.16 5400 standard 120Gb drive to a Kingston 128Gb SSD. Space was not the major issue as I have a iMac with 1Tb and a time capsule 1Tb. The MBP is used for study so the drive is not even half full. Speed is great and Logos runs very well. Blessings All

Hi Jason I can confirm that this happens to me as well. Kind regards Nathan

I am getting dizzy just reading your post.... ;-) Perhaps this is the hidden "Pong" game we were all asking for? Nat

Same happening for me in 2011. Thanks

Nope have just tried that and it is still crashing. Opens first page but do any search and it dies.
-
I can see how to do this in Windows (which I don't have) how do I export it in L4 mac? Regards Nathan

Similar to others I am seeing slower performance on B9 and B10. The startup time takes about twenty seconds. A passage search looks like it has not worked then ten seconds later it starts to come up but many of the resources have spinners running for about twenty more seconds. I am on a MBP 2.4 Dual Core 2 with 4Gb mem 65811.Archive.zip
