• Re: Custom Upgrade Issue

Most likely the issue here is that you own all of the components in the Christian Home KF base package, and that is a higher version (KF vs LE) than your purchased LE base package. We are looking at some ways to make this more clear, but it might be a while to get that working in a way that reflects ownership of the LE version when a higher version

  • Re: Why am I getting marketing emails when I have unsubscribed to every Logos

It appears that you've had a couple of emails that were used for the email lists. One was setup as you described with the Global Unsubscribe and not on any list. One was setup over 3 years ago and was still valid to send you emails on 3 different lists. I expect that is what you were receiving emails from. I've gone ahead and removed these ones and

  • Re: Why am I getting marketing emails when I have unsubscribed to every Logos

I'll look into this on Monday - you should be off all the lists with the last check box checked, but if you received a marketing email then something isn't right with these settings.

  • Re: Verbum comparison lists platform dependent?

Good catch on this one - looks like we had one server that had out of date information cached on it. I refreshed the server's cache and it now shows the same list as the other servers.

  • Re: Grudem price error on customized package

The Top Products page is usually accessed following the Customize step from the base package upgrade page and the discounts on Top Products are dependent on having a base package upgrade in your order. If that is the case, you should see 29.95, if not, you should see the regular price for the item. In either instance, 33.95 is unusual to see, so I'm

  • Re: Website Glitch?

Took a look at this one and there are 2 resources that are included in Vol 8 individual purchase that aren't in Vol 1 - 10. However, it doesn't appear that either of those resources are backed by resources files so they were probably for differentiating who had purchased the products individually rather than as a single bundle. I'll make a request to
I tried an experiment, I have Portfolio L4 upgrade to L5 was $1540.26- took the starter package L5, was $38, updated to L5, I went back in an to update now to Portfolio was $1606.84. Wow! $60.00 more- looks like it should have been $40 less.
We will be taking a look at this one. The concept of a user owning

  • Re: What is Wrong with our Forum software today

Forum threads are cached. I've seen it take a few seconds and a refresh to get your response showing. Usually a response shows immediately after a post, but occasionally I have seen delay this for up to 30 seconds or so. As far as the entire thread disappearing when you deleted you duplicate replies, that I haven't seen. Which thread was it that had

  • Re: Forums being inundated with spam

That should be approving your post without moderation due to the post count, but isn't. Strange that it's only you being caught (you aren't specifically flagged for moderation or anything like that - I checked.) I'll try to replicate this locally and see why your post count isn't good enough to get through. Maybe there's a check that you have to have

  • Re: Forums being inundated with spam

I'm certainly fine tuning the moderation - I think I've adjusted it to prevent catching your post if you would like to try reposting it. The forum software does have an interesting implementation of spam scoring that I'm still getting into exactly what can be done with the spam filtering. There will probably several changes later on as I have quite

  • Re: Collection that does not show as purchased even though I have all the resources

I'm replying here so I can find this post tomorrow and take a look at why this is happening for you. I know some early collections had resources that have the same name as current resources but we track them as different resources causing the containing collections to appear incomplete. I think most of those have been accounted for, but you may have

That's one I am aware of and had hoped to address on Friday, but got sidetracked with another issue. Hopefully, I can fix that next week but it is a bit trickier than it should be due to the way the forum software generates that link.

We tried with that version and with the current Chrome beta and it worked fine. Can you try logging out of Logos.com and then visiting the forums? You should at least be able to view the forums while logged out.

  • Re: Minor forum changes

I normally do a lot of my viewing of the forums in Chrome so I know they are working for the general case with Chrome browsers, but I'll see if I can find any errors reported. I did recently fix some problems with Chrome on iOs devices, but that shouldn't affect you running on Windows. Do you know which version of Chrome you are running?

  • Minor forum changes

In moving towards the goal outlined by Bob here , I've made a couple small changes to the forums. The Poster name links above each post now link to that user's Faithlife activity page. The Forum Activity link next to the name links to the old forum profile page. A few more small tweaks to make the forums a bit more consistent with Faithlife should be
