I just hope the Orthodox packages are out in time for Orthodox users to take advantage of the Logos 7 launch pricing offers

I also am not seeing the Feature Sets with my Orthodox Gold Purchase
Yes, call customer service and they will fix it. While I suspect that a number of people will chose to cancel, I'd advise people to wait a month or two to see how things shake out. You notice that Verbum Now has not been mentioned in the Connect conversion.
I canceled my auto renewal. Still have until Nov to decide
Verbum Now customers may have heard that Logos Now and Logos Cloud customers will be transitioned into our new subscription product, Faithlife Connect, and that we’ll be discontinuing those programs over the next year. We currently have no plans to discontinue Verbum Now and will not be transitioning Verbum Now customers

The Logos Now Forum is all in an uproar over the coming change of Logos Now to a "new"=higher price (double) for basically the same content and features and the Logos now subscription has been discontinued. Are there any similar changes on the Verbum Now horizon? Being Orthodox, if there are no known changes to Verbum Now on the near horizon it might

That may be Chris' opinion or more than likely Faithlife's hope. The question becomes helpful to whom? It won't change the email to either of the recipients so I can't see where it harms them. In fact it introduces transparency into how Faithlife rolls out new products so I think it is beneficial to the customers.
[quote

This would be interesting, but you can already get that simply by switching to Verbum Now. So I think what you want is already available.

Bingo...I would be happy if they made a "features" level that didn't have any books or courses and cost $8.25/mo ($99/year). I am sure they would take donations.
Correct me if I'm out of bounds here, but Faithlife Connect has been out for a while now. I reviewed what they had to offer when it first came out. I did not see any added value in Faithlife Connect over Logos Now, so I stayed with my subscription to Logos Now. I'm also not comfortable with how Faithlife has rolled out this

I called the number above and was told that I am not able to switch to Verbum Now from Logos Now. I would have to wait until the Logos Now subscription runs out in Sept. The reason given was that my subscription to Logos Now began in Sept '16 and that order is too old to switch to Verbum Now.
Thank You very much for the prompt

Thank You very much for the prompt response. I will call the number below.
Greetings! That's a good question, and the answer is Yes. You can contact customer service, and they will help you switch to Verbum Now from Logos Now. Phone: 800-875-6467 Email: cs@verbum.com

This is an utter betrayal.
The product being offered appeals only to a limited subset of the population that isn't growing rapidly. In order to increase revenues they either have to change that or increase prices. Supply and Demand will find a new equilibrium point and future decisions will be based on whether or not that

No need to apologize :) What you described is my new plan of action! I debated long and hard when deciding to subscribe between Verbum Now and Logos Now. Since the Logos website said they were so similar and detailed only a couple of differences that seemed minor, I figured that a quality customer service policy would not view them as switching the

This is a feature I would like to see available in a non-subscription based form also. If I were to utilize that feature in Logos Now and the unsubscribe wouldn't I lose my cross biblical highlights? For those who use lectionaries, it is nice to see where a passage is used in the lectionary cycle. My complete wish list would be: In my personal leather

I started reading about "sympathetic highlighting" and thought I was getting close! Alas, not. Thanks for the reply.
-
For myself, its not an ideal solution but .... I started my study notes and add reference notes. This propagates across all my bibles. The square isn't as eyecatching as the highlight, but at least it 'sorta" works.
-
In my Bible, I have a fairly simple, at least to me, method of notetaking centered around a highlighting theme which is as follows Red - Sacraments/Mysteries: Baptism, Chrismation, Eucharist, etc Brown - Worship - Incense etc Orange - Doctrinal Theme or Practice. Salvation, Theosis, Sanctification, Church Blue - Chain References. If you are familiar
