Hi Hunter! Sorry for the typo... It was an mp4. I did not receive any error messages. The screen just stayed black and didn't even pop up with a Play arrow. However, when I went in today, it now works. The video is 8 minutes long. getting it down to 143 MB reduced the quality, so I am not sure playing videos like this is
First off, I want to say that our first Sunday with Proclaim in worship was overall a positive experience. We made sure our worshippers knew that this software was new and could cause technical difficulties. During worship, Proclaim did lock up practically new our MacBook Pro required a hard shutdown (power button) to

I cannot seem to reproduce this issue. If you are able to do so, please recreate the crash and send us your logs as per: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx Thanks,

Proclaim does not currently support importing presentations from other presentation software. This is a planned feature that will be coming in a future release. Thanks,

Yes, we are aware of some quality issues that have crept into our transcoding service. We are working on the problem. Thanks,
For a "release day" Logos has been extremely quite on the Proclaim stuff. Outside of the forum, there hasn't even been a broad release of the beta file.
Thank you for your patience with us! We are currently in the final stages of our preparations for the release of the Public Beta and will be announcing that soon

You can enter your CCLI/Song Select credentials into Proclaim by selecting Account > Link Accounts. Then, simply type your search terms into the title field of the Song item you are editing. Thanks,

We just released a fix for a crash caused by customizing a slide using a background with pre-filled example text. Try reproducing that error and if you can, please attach logs to this thread. Thanks,

We have first class integration with SongSelect. First link your account. Then create a song service item and use the song title entry helper (just start typing) to select a song from the SongSelect section. Thanks,

We just released a fix for this bug. See if you can reproduce that error now. Thanks,

We are looking into other ways of managing data but for now there is a 200mb limit per video uploaded by users. You could break your videos into smaller pieces, or convert them to a more compressed format to reduce their size. Thanks,

Try resetting your password by visiting https://www.logos.com/forgotpassword Once you have reset your password try signing into both Logos.com and Proclaim with those credentials. Thanks,
Is there way to only have to enter the CCLI information once for the group?
Not at this time. Our third-party partners (CCLI for one) determine how their accounts and licensing information can be used by Proclaim. In this case CCLI accounts are intended for ONE user at a time. Thanks,

We do not currently have plans to implement that feature but you can always suggest it to us for future development here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39536.aspx Thanks,
Hunter, I have attached that log file twice now.
Yes, and thank you for that! In this case I was asking Mr. Loven to attach those logs as well. Thanks,
how much space do we get? i am guessing a few videos would eat up the space quickly?
There is not currently a per-user limit on uploaded media. There is a limit of 200 MB for any one piece of media. Thanks,
OK...I now see the extension name as application. But I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with all the updates, including .NET. I have turned on my laptop which is running WinXP Pro, and it is downloading and installing the program just fine. So it must be a problem with the compatibility with Win7 x64. I am going to check on
OK...I have solved the riddle of why Proclaim would NOT install on my Win7 Ultimate x64 machine. I had to uninstall .NET Framework 4. I had to uninstall .NET Framework Extended and then .NET Framework Client in that order. When I rebooted, I clicked on the Proclaim.application file and voila, it installed the Proclaim software

It would be quite helpful to get log files from the ClickOnce installation. Navigate to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files (note that the AppData folder is hidden) and find the System_Deployment_Log_proc..tion_[numbers].log files and attach them to this thread. These are the installation log files for Proclaim
