I don't imagine so. We certainly don't have country-specific restrictions on our users. What is the name of the group you are trying to create? Have you tried joining a group? You could try joining "Beta Day Test Group 1" (one of my testing groups) to see if you can access the groups service at all. Try creating a group again and if it fails please

Proclaim uses a similar architecture to Logos 4. That means that only Macs with Intel-based chipsets will be able to run it. Thanks,

You might notice some email about joining a group. I manually joined you into one of my testing groups to help rule out an account-side issue. That doesn't appear to be the problem. I have submitted your logs to our developers for review. Thanks,

After reviewing the logs you provided, it looks like you are being blocked from accessing our servers by a http proxy. Check with your service provider if you are not aware of being behind a proxy. You can check if you are using a proxy by opening Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings. Thanks,

Content Service Items do not currently have the option to move, resize or scale a foreground image. This functionality will be added in a future release. Thanks,
We are wanting to use Proclaim for our church plant in Osaka Japan and I'm curious if it will support 1. furigana (the small Japanese letters above the Kanji-Chinese characters) and 2. can a Japanese Bible be added into the Bible section? I have not been able to reproduce that crash. What did you add to the presentation before this crash started to occur? Thanks,
There are no Asian text (C/K/J) Bibles on Biblia.com but there are other online Japanese Bibles. Is it possible to redirect Proclaim to another website for Bible text?
We do plan on adding Website items to Proclaim. That would allow you to display any web content you desired in a Presentation. Look for it in a future

I have been unable to reproduce this behavior. Do you have an example of a background and lyrics combination that causes this problem? Thanks,

You should be able to select just about any date, including today. Do you see the Today link on the Presentation date drop-down menu? It sounds like you're able to select a different date, but it does not display correctly. Is that accurate?
Also, I'm interested to know if, when we include a bible passage, can we set it to default to a version of our choice rather than the NIV which it defaults to.
The default translation used should be whatever translation was used last for a bible item. So, if you select the NASB95 for one bible item that

If the presentation window shows up on the wrong monitor, you can press escape which will take it out of Full-Screen mode. You can then drag the Presentation window to the desired desktop and press Full-Screen there to maximize the window. Thanks,

Are you updating from a previous beta version, or is this a fresh install? What operating system are you using? It would be great if you could post logs to this thread as per the instructions here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx Thanks,

Thank you for your patience with us in this. We have been looking into the issue but have been unable to reproduce those results so far. We are continuing to investigate and will be in touch if we need any additional information. Of course, if you see any new behavior please don't hesitate to post it to this thread. Thanks,
