You should see a link in the upper left of Proclaim that says "Settings". Your projector will need to be set up as a second monitor, and if that's the case it will show up there. This does not sound like a Proclaim-specific issue. Try updating you video card drivers.

Graceway media is automatically filtered based on the current aspect ratio. We don't have the ability to filter your uploaded media by aspect ratio.

The Proclaim databases are located under \Users\[username]\AppData*\Local\Proclaim\ The My Songs database is stored on our server, so there isn't direct access to it.

No, we don't have that kind of templating system at this time. You can duplicate a presentation and then alter it.

Where are you trying to add the title? 1 or 2?

Be sure to check the text font color in the Customize screen. If it's black on black you won't be able to see it.

Are you entering your text into the Main Content field or a custom content field?

We have been informed of the issue, and are looking into it. In the meantime you should be able to select "Local to this computer only" when you upload your videos and they should play fine.
