OK, so I just subscribed to Logos Now for the express purpose of using app.logos.com more effectively. ...only to discover that my notes dont sync . With notes sync, app.logos.com is truly a "Killer App " without notes sync, it's extremely frustrating & negative experience (for me)! ...so
But when I run a search including one of the attributes it doesn't return any results
It might be just my imagination, but it looks to me like you have a trailing space after the word "Recognition," so that there are two consecutive spaces in the search query. If so, try removing that space from the query and/or
One suggestion I have that I think would be helpful, is for the print/export to include an option for the slide thumbnails to be visible in the LH margin . I love this capability in the Sermon Editor tool because it helps me to see how many slides I have and where they are in the overall scheme of things. However, when
Are the images that I might upload made public or kept private?
Michael, uploaded User Media is private. The only way to access it at this time is through the Media Tool in your own Logos Bible Software. (We have plans for a web interface in the future, where you will probably have more flexibility in privacy controls
Remove the old/superseded videos so they're not available, period.
We do for some. This "Body of Christ" video was intentionally left up because we don't yet have many Bible Browser videos, and the specific example it uses is still useful. It's old, and doesn't show many of the new facets, but not "superseded" in the

Thanks for exploring this with us, guys. FWIW, I also checked this on the Windows equivalent of Mac's "Spaces," called virtual desktop. I know it's not exactly the same thing, but you might be interested (happy?) to know that Logos behaves the same on Windows: that is, when re-opening the app, it doesn't restore it's position in another virtual desktop
what is the difference between "Lemmas in Passage" and "Other Lemmas" in the Bible Word Study? It seems to be showing results for the same lemma under both (see third screen shot showing WBC from Isaiah).
Yes, it's the same lemma, because this is the word you selected in the Bible Word Study. But it's not a "Lemma in passage
from New Resources: Author Guides Can you guys have Faithlife's Content Innovation team to fix the " Collection "..
Can you guys have Faithlife's Content Innovation team to fix the " Collection "..
Great question, Mike. I've responded here , so we can continue the discussion without hijacking this Author Guides thread.
It would even make this "Author Guides" obsolete if you fix your "Collection"
I don't think

Scott, I'm sorry about this. We certainly don't want to keep you from accessing content you've created yourself. If you allow a subscription to expire, or even return the software, we should make it so you still have access to sermons you've written (just like we already do with Notes you've made). We have some ideas about how to handle this scenario

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We'll get it updated.
Do we have a sense yet of how widespread the problems are with the new release?
Our analytics suggest that less than 0.3% of Windows users on 7.11 have encountered this bug. (Mac users are not affected.) We are working on a Service Release, which we will get out as soon as we can.
She should be able

Updated release notes with a bug:
Known Issue: Certain Media assets, including all videos, will display only in "Find" view, not in "Edit" view.
We are working on a fix for beta 2.

Thank you, Michael. I updated the original post. I'm sorry for the delay on this; we started work on fixing the bug about 2 weeks after receiving the report, which is about normal for a bug of this severity*. We thought we had it fixed (internally) before Christmas, but after the holiday break, discovered another problem during testing. We've been working

Hi, Dave, QuickStart layouts were designed in response to usability feedback, especially from novice users. Things like: "The default layout from the Go box is overwhelming." "I need help knowing what tools are best for a task." "I would like recommendations on how to arrange my screen." We feel like the QuickStart layouts do a pretty good job of addressing
Recently the behavior was changed to automatically anchor the note to the current reference when hitting the New Note button. Currently, the Study command performs the first available action in this order: Open Factbook when any Bible Knowledge entity (Person, Place, Thing) is present Open Bible Word Study (for a single word) in Bible text. (This respects the "Prefer Lemmas" setting when applicable; but there is a known issue that the lemma is passed with incorrect characters
