Andrew, I'm sure you are done with that part of Jonah by now, but I've developed a free guide to decoding most of the BHS abbreviations. I've called it "Helpful Text Critical Abbreviations and Masorah Parva Symbols for BHS (Hebrew Bible)". If you'd like a copy from my Dropbox folder, here it is: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jh1wwacogel6d2f/Helpful%20Text

And not only have they added BHQ Minor Prophets (The Twelve Prophets) from 2010, but they finally added the critical apparatus this June 2017. Type "update now" in your Logos command bar at top center if you've purchased BHQ previously.

Good news: As of June 10, 2017, at least, the Minor Prophets (The Twelve) in BHQ by Gelston now has the critical apparatus. If you've purchased Biblia Hebraica Quinta for your library, type "Update now" in your Logos search bar to speed along the BHQ update if you do not already have it!

As of today (June 10, 2017), it seems the Minor Prophets (BHQ) is now complete with critical apparatus. Good news if you are studying those texts.

All of the other major software platforms offer the "New English Translation of the Septuagint" (2007), which is a considerable update from Brenton's 1870 publication! Let's get with the program, Logos. It's free as PDFs online (http://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/nets/edition/), so why can't we get this Bible translation digitized easily for scrolling along

Seven years and counting for the Logos critical apparatus for BHQ of the Twelve Prophets ... At least they have the text and footnote marks ready as of yesterday, and hopefully will add the apparatus soon. I'd say people holding out for Genesis to be digitized will have to wait two years from now, at the very least.
