Mark, you are correct that there are several areas here where we can improve. We have frequent discussions about the best way to go about this. Here's a little background on why things are they we way they are: Because most products start on Pre-Pub or Community Pricing—where a digital text often doesn't exist until we create it—page scans are the next

I'm sorry about this. You will receive a price change as well. And we will address the internal miscommunication about this.

I’m sorry my original post was vague. In an effort to communicate better with our customers, we wanted to make sure to get a message up before pulling all Moody content from our website. Now we have additional information on the situation. Our contract with Moody is expiring, and unfortunately we have not been able to agree on new terms. So we will
Are the Horatious Bonar works staying? I'm assuming their in public domain...?
Yes, these are in the public domain and will be staying.
What if we already purchased them? Will we still have access please? --Panic stricken Mdiv Student--
Yes. If you own the license to these books, you will retain access. We will not take books away that you own.

And don't forget Vyrso. I just checked there and found some interesting nuggets published by Moody. https://vyrso.com/products/search?q=publisher%3Amoody
Do we know that this for sure will include Vysro as well? I can imagine that it probably does but I didn't hear this confirmed. [/quote
Kent can you explain in general terms why this is happening? Can we still purchase them today?
I'm sorry; I'm not able to go into further detail. You can still purchase them at this very moment.

Sometime in the very near future, all Moody titles not in the public domain will be removed from Logos.com and will not be available for purchase. This could happen as early as today. We do not know when or if they will be coming back. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I'm sorry for the delay on this. We had issues with the source files from Galaxie on this, which has added significant time and expense to the project. We're working on it as quickly as possible.

Remember, you set the price by bidding on the highest price you would be willing to pay. We try to make an educated guess about where the price will emerge. In most cases, we usually get pretty close. But in other cases, like Aristotle, we get it wrong. In this case, we have less of a history producing products like this. (We've produced lots of commentary

The new Spurgeon files should be available later this morning. I apologize for the delay.

This has been fixed. Thanks for reporting this.

I'm sorry about this. We discovered an unexpected issue that we need to resolve. We're not sure how long it will take, so we pulled the ship date. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the details about why we had to pull the ship date, but please know that we're working very hard to get this taken care of.

After January 1, all bundle prices will double. The current bundle price is 50% off $6,999.90, which is what the bundle will sell for after January 1. The 85% off figure refers to price of the bundle today compared to the prices you would pay if you bought all the books separately on Logos.com. We've updated the product page to clarify this. Sorry for

This will likely be available as a download sometime in the next month or two.
No I dont want it for free. But.... Yes I am aware that I can cancel. However, I bid, I want what I ordered, and, despite I hate that I ordered items months apart, they are grouped in the same day, or within weeks.
We can help you out by postponing the date your card is charged and/or by spreading out the payments
Seems like it compares your current 'base package' to the new 5 base package. However, if you added something on, it doesn't seem to note that. For example, I have the New American Commentary, but it shows that it's "new to me" with the little man if I upgrade.
The NAC has several new volumes that are new to you. Since the
