• Add to Cart Button Update?

Craig and Donald, I know I have mentioned inconsistencies about the "Add to cart" button in the past on the Verbum website. I may be overly optimistic, but I think I'm seeing a better user experience in that resources I own are grayed out - as they should be. Tell me it's true and fixed permanently? Deacon Steve
We use a few different 'Add to Cart' buttons on the website, and some of them aren't 'grayed out', even when you own something.
Not trying to be sarcastic Donald, but we all figured that a year or so ago. Doesn’t seem like an reasonable design let alone optimal. It is a frustrating user experience

Is that true for Datasets as well?
I don't have a Verbum Now subscription so I can't easily tell. You should be able to check that by hiding resources on the Verbum 8 Full Feature Upgrade page.
It looks like some I own and others I don't. I'm guessing that some resources may have

Yes, I am a Verbum Now subscriber. I understand what you are saying. As you say, the behavior is a little confusing. Is that true for Datasets as well?

  • Re: Inconsistent Verbum.com behavior

I seem to be experiencing something similar but I'm not sure its the same. Logged on I'm seeing a dynamic price for Verbum 8 Clergy Starter of $17.60. I check the box to hide resources I own, but I am seeing items on the list that I have in Verbum, i.e the workflows. Here is the website page and then what I see in Verbum. Am I missing something?

  • The Concept of Woman - Part 2

I've done some more research and, once again, I think there is some additional confusion and embarrassment on my part. Please refer to my first post here . I think this was brought about by my logging on to the Verbum website and clicking on the "Featured Catholic Resources." I noticed that none of the resources on the website were "grayed out", in

  • Re: The Concept of a Woman, 3 Volumes
That definitely seems strange. Maybe my math is wrong, but seems like Verbum is more like $150+?
Your total is closer than mine. I went back and realized that I misunderstood that Volume 2 was in two separate resources. The total in Verbum for all 4 books (3 volumes) is $172. Anyway, Craig is going to have a look. I would

  • The Concept of a Woman, 3 Volumes

I would like to add this to my reading in Verbum but I am having a hard time with the pricing. All three volumes available on the populular on-line website for $82 USD. $130 in Verbum. Is there that much tagging?

  • Catholic Liturgical Resources in Spanish

Hi Craig, You may have this on your list, but I would like to request that we get the recently updated Roman Missal in Spanish and the current 3-volumes of the Lectionary in Spanish in Verbum. Also, the bilingual editions of the available ritual books for Holy Matrimony, Baptism, and Christian Funerals. I assist at Mass in Spanish every other week and

  • Re: "Highlighting" Differences Between Desktop and Mobile

Boy, am I embarrassed Indeed I was looking at the other version of the Catechism and not the US Edition. Having opened the US edition on both desktop and iPad highlights appear as they should between them. Problem solved. It's not a major issue for me because I do really use app.verbum.com, but the problem with the US Edition of the Catechism persists

  • Re: "Highlighting" Differences Between Desktop and Mobile

I've deleted and reinstalled the mobile app on the iPad. I'm not seeing any change based on having logged into app.verbum.com. Still no highlights. I realize now why I wasn't understanding what you had recommended regarding the visual filters icon on that particular resource (Catechism) in app.verbum.com - I could see the icon but it never stayed where

OK. I logged on to app.verbum.com and this morning I just closed the resource in question to prevent the cycling. I'm not sure how to toggle visual filters on that website so that step in not completed. I'll delete and redownload the app on my iPad and post back with results. And on the next post, I am using the Edge browser. Thanks again for helping

Thanks for the reply. I have some additional info that I'm not sure about. I'll try to use some helpful terms but I may be describing it less accurately then needed. Here we go ... As mentioned, after logging off Verbum on laptop and iPad, I logged on to app.verbum.com on my Windows laptop but when I open the resource mentioned I did not see any highlights

  • "Highlighting" Differences Between Desktop and Mobile

I was looking at another thread regarding highlighting and syncing and it caused me to look at a specific example from the Catechism of the Catholic Church. It is a resource I use frequently. I made a number of highlights and underlines several years ago during formation classes while using the desktop app. I thought I saw those when using my iPad during
