If you have your NASB open in one of the panes, you can open the search feature - tap the Bible Search on the top left - tap the button on the left that usually says "Top Bibles" and select NASB. Enter "truth" hit search and you will get all the instances that "truth" is used in the NASB. It does not have the ability to narrow down the search to OT

It would be nice if there was a way to simplify a forum search. If at all possible. Jim

The layout of the forum needs to add a "Search this Forum" function. I see a lot of already answered questions being asked that a simple search would answer. BUT, unless I am missing something the "Search this site" in the top right corner does what it says and searches the whole forum. It would be nice to search within individual forums. If there is

Andrew, Search the forum. One of the tech/developers answered that question earlier. It is a little larger than the actual L4 file on the computer. Others have recommended that you sync with iTunes and you can go into the apps tab of iTunes and keep count of the size of the Logos app. It will increase as you add resources. Right now my Logos App is
I am trying to just remove the American Standard Version from my iPad. The button is grayed out for the "Available Offline".
grayed out and says "Off" it means it is online use not offline... if it is a nice blue and says "On" it has been downloaded and Availiable Offline. Jim

I just double checked my resources... I am not having a reset of downloaded resources. The resources should only be deleted if the app is deleted. Then reinstalling the app would cause you to have to redownload. What iOS device are you using and what iOS version? Jim

I have found that some of the heavily formated books... tables and maps kinda resources, need to be downloaded for offline viewing before the show up properly. Try it and see what happens. Jim

Yes Loving the copy and paste. Reading John Owen's Communion with God. I can copy and past in Awesome Note app noting the page number. Sync with evernote on my desktop... Fire up the desktop and continue to study and highlight there. I actually am highlighting in L4 on my notebook in hopes that those highlights one day will sync back to my iPad Logos

Are their plans to make the iOS Favorites to have the Folder scheme found in the new History list and it sync with the folders in L4? I have quiet a few folders nicely organized in L4. They sync in order in iOS app just without the folders. If it is not planned.... could it be? Jim

Olive Tree's BibleReader does a split screen with Bible on one side and notes on the other. You can sync the notes with OT's website or with Evernote or both. I have been creating my sermon notes, study notes and lesson ideas in notes attached to the Scripture. I can sync it to Evernote. Open the note on my notebook in Evernote and add it while using

My understanding is that you can only do a "search" of the downloaded books. There is no "passage guide" "word study" or "text comparison" features available offline. Jim

I've been using both Jump Desk and Log Me In. I like them both but prefer Jump Desk as it seems to be simpler to me. Jump Desk uses your gmail account to link through, which may be a hold back for some. Log Me In uses their own server. Jim

"It is a great and common sin through the Christian world, to take up Religion in a way of faction; and instead of a love and tender care of the Universal Church, to confine that love and respect to a party." -Richard Baxter The Practical Works of the Rev. I have updated my iPad iOS to 4.3.... no problems with install or any apps as of yet. Logos is working normally. Jim

Wow... weeks... worth the wait! Jim

Cool... nice feature! Thanks Dave for the "How to" Jim

I was disappointed to see when I ordered FOBC that it was not showing that it worked on iPhone/iPad. I was excited to see the little iPhone icon show up after the pre-pub went out..... It is not available on my iPad... will it or will it not? That is the question. Does anyone know if FOBC will actually be available on iPhone/iPad? Thanks, Jim
Improved Swapping books in panels is now possible
Having trouble figuring this feature out. Any hints? Jim
